Christian and Fano did a terrific job clearing our clogged shower drain and answering a bunch of our questions. They were polite and friendly and got the job done promptly. Nice workers!

Evan was very nice on the phone, got right back to us for our unexpected plugged kitchen sink. A friendly man named Matt came within a few hours and got the job done in a timely, efficient manner. We were SO grateful. AND, he left us with a wee gift - some very lovely soap!

Disaster! We used The Seattle Plumbing Company for to fix a leaking toilet. Norm came out. He was great with us and our kids. But after $400+ he didn't fix the problem.

We woke up the next day to water in the bathroom and damage on all three floors of our house. We are now pulling up the floors.

I have called the plumbing company countless times and left multiple messages over the course of a week with no return call.

Do not use these guys!

We are new to the Seattle area and finding reputable and reliable help has been a challenge. Happy to have found The Seattle Plumbing Company! When I called to make an appointment and explained what we needed Evan was responsive and informative. Norm was our guy on the job and he was knowledgeable, efficient and forthright. Such a relief to know we can rely on these guys with our plumbing needs.

I called Seattle Plumbing Company because they were close to my house. Yesterday, a Saturday, they answered the phone and were willing to discuss my plumbing problem with me (a plumber answered the phone!).
Mark was at my house within 45 minutes to stop the water leaking from my water heater. He was very personable and he was very skilled. He got me up and running quickly and I didn't have to wait until Monday.
I will use these guys again.

I called this company after reading their website. It was difficult getting any pricing information on plumbing company websites and found The Seattle Plumbing Co.'s website to be very informative.
I had two issues to be dealt with: I needed a new sink and faucet and my hot water boiler needed to be serviced.
The guy that showed up (Rick) proved to be very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to have in my home. He measured the sink, called the office and found me the sink and faucet I needed and had it done before lunch.
I have a 1960 vintage boiler heating my home that has had a few issues over the years. The pump was noisy and the top floor wasn't getting much heat. Rick diagnosed both problems quickly and knew what he was doing.
I was very satisfied with the service. The invoice was a little less than the estimate. Rick is my plumber from now on.
I should mention that plumbers I have used in the past were not very knowledgeable about my heating system. I am very happy that he could handle both plumbing and radiant heating issues for me.

I have a new house with a Buderus boiler in it. I called SPC and NW Mechanical for quotes to have it serviced and Seattle Plumbing was half the price of NW Mechanical. But the guy they sent was an hour late to a 9 a.m. appointment. He spent about 30 minutes answering my questions (I'm a first time radiant owner) which I really appreciated. Spent another 30 minutes figuring out which way water flowed in the pipes (I'm not kidding). Then said he had no idea how to service a Buderus and would have to come back after reviewing the ""specs and warranty information."" He did recommend a couple of service items. Said someone would call me back to schedule a follow up. I waited 2 days and heard nothing, so I called. Got a machine. Left a message. Waited another 2 days. Called again and spoke with someone who said the ordered parts were in. I requested that when the guy came out to install the parts they could complete the service. He said he'd have to talk to the repairman because he didn't know what I was talking about and would call me back. I waited 2 days and never heard back.

So I went back to NW Mechanical. They sent out someone who knew what they were doing (he had a service checklist! Novel!). Oh, and those parts and services recommended by Seattle Plumbing? Not necessary.

Last thing because they tried to sell me something I didn't need and I'm irked about that. The guy that gave them the other 5-star review could be their owner, Evan Conklin. Just guessing there...
