On the phone, they quoted $100 to clean our dryer vent. In person, this changed to $400 because he had to go on the roof to get access to the vent. It took him about 5 minutes to do the work.

They recommended sweep from the top and it was not really needed. That took us from $150 to $450 without really needing it. We ended up with $500 bill because we did not pay cash (check), so we had to pay extra 10% ""tax"" for the service that was not there when we agreed on initial cost.

I have a wood stove and the first time I used it, my house filled with smoke. The very next day, I get home from work and my wife tells me she called a guy. I thought to myself, cool. So the guy comes and he cleans the cap, does a little sweep and puts a chemical down the chimney. He charged us $790.00 and as he hands me my invoice he says,"" if you have any problems call me"". That same night my house filled with smoke. So I called the number on the invoice and right away I got a hold of Guy. Guy is from Israel, the kid that came to my house was also from Israel, however, Guy had never heard of this tech. Nor has he heard of me. This was a problem.i had asked my wife who she called and she gave me the number to xpert chimney who was using Guys business name. Guy and I got togethe and found the perp. I was out $790.00. That's a hard pill to swallow but then Guy went above and beyond he refunded my money. Guy didnt have to do that, he wa as not involved in any way but he did. That is a very rare quality in business these days. This is a shield of integrity that nothing can tarnish. As long as this man is in business, I will go nowhere else. He needs to be recognized. Thank you Guy. You are welcome to my house anytime.

Guy is the Best!! He called me back within minutes and was at my house working on my Williams wall heater within a half an hour. He has 15+ years experience so it didn't take him long to diagnose the problem. Turns out the previous installer did not seal the vent properly and whenever the wind would get blustery it would blow out the pilot. Also the igniter and thermocouple needed to be replaced. He fixed everything fast and had my house feeling nice and cozy once again. He didn't charge me for a part he had in his truck either. I am very pleased with Guy's work and great personality. The Price was perfect too. Thanks Guy!!!!

I hired Guy to fix my furnace he responded within 15 minutes and set up an appointment to help me.
Next thing I know everything working great he charged me fair price and gave me 1 year warranty on the repair I would definitely recommend him to others 5 stars no other option.
