Jeff R.We had Seatown put in a heat pump in mid 2021. We'd shopped around a bit and they were not the cheapest option, but I appreciated their level of communication. I never felt ghosted, they responded promptly to every call and email, they never showed up late. I went with them because I got the impression that I didn't have to worry about their level of professionalism. And that did end up being accurate. Heat pump install (as well as a full electrical panel replacement) was smooth, and it's all been running well since.
Fast forward to December 2024, I noticed that the heat pump fan unit (which is still working well) had sunken unevenly a bit into the dirt that its concrete slab was sitting on. I called Seatown, they came out a few days later, and they fixed it; pulled out the fan unit, detached everything, poured gravel, got it level, re-primed the lines, did a great job--all at no charge. Called it a ""craftsmanship warranty."" Even added a bit more vibration damping for us (which has been a big improvement).
This experience just reminded me why, for big stuff, Seatown is always on the shortlist of who I call. They do good work, they take pride in it, and they're professionals. They're not the cheapest, but they'll get the work done right the first time (and will make it right if problems arise). We've had them do a few projects over the years and absolutely every person we've had come out to the house has been friendly, prompt, and has done good work.
SeaTown has consistently provided us with top tier customer service and skilled expertise for our electrical and plumbing needs. Effective, timely communications always keep us up to date. Their team has gone above and beyond in diagnosing and resolving several complex issues as well. Five stars.
Becky R.Customer service from Kaila wasn't the greatest. She didn't let me finish and she told me she can't service my bathroom. I'm paying out of pocket with an authorization approval to fix my toilet but Kaila refused my request to fix my toilet that isn't flushing and back up. I called and left a voicemail at 11:40am and at 6:43pm they finally returned my call. The advertisement says within 2 hours we return your requests.
Claire G.I got a bid from Seatown for a generator. They bid me at 50k which was more than double I had been quoted at other places. I never followed up with Seatown as their bid was not in our budget. During the last power outage where our area was left without power for a week, I received several ai generated text from ""Sarah"" at Seatown. I did not reply at first but after several early morning text messages reaching out, I replied that I found it tactless and bad business to exploit a power outage. This morning I received ANOTHER text from ""Sarah"" that's when I realized it was a bot. This is gross marketing strategy and Seatown needs to take a look at these practices.
