Austin and Chris did an excellent job of installing my new tankless hot water heater. They showed up as promised. Were very competent, friendly and professional. Also both kept me informed every step of the job.
Dylan and Carlos also were excellent plumbers. They did a job for me in late August. They not only corrected a problem with a LP gas line I had, but found and corrected a gas leak and a water leak I wasn't aware of.
This is a great company.
We just had our Rinnai serviced by Seaside Plumbers. Our technician was Anthony David. He was thorough, professional, and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this company and this technician!
We had our WELL pump fail and asked Sea side to come and check it out they confirmed the pump was bad. the quote to replace the pump was $4200.00 or reconnect the pump system to the City water for $1350. I went under the house to look what work had to be done to join the two systems . to connect it would required 8 foot of pipe and 3 fittings time to do the work no more than one hour . We hired a different plumber he replaced the pump for $1350.00

Susan B.Service was terrible. I called for a pipe declog and I explained that it happens twice a year and this time I want it to be fixed for good. After the job was done and they tested the pipes everything was fine. A few days later the problem came back and this time worse. The leak went into the backyard ruining my precious plants and was just a biohazard for all living things back there. Also the workers were loud and left a mess. 1/10 would not recommend.
I was a loyal 8 year customer of Seaside Plumbing and also had the annual maintenance/service contract for several years. I tried several times to schedule a maintenance check under the service contract which includes a hot water heater flush. I finally got a date on July 3rd 2024 and the email confirming the appointment was a 12 hour window, yes 12 hour window from 8:00 am until 8:00 pm. Please note it took me literally 2 months to schedule the appointment since the service is at a second property and my home residence is 140 miles north. Every date I provided to Seaside they said that the date didn't work for them. Seaside was supposed to call me the morning of the 3rd but I did not receive a call so I called them @11:00 am and customer service told me that they had numerous emergencies to attend and that it looked like I needed to be rescheduled. I asked for a specific time frame and the customer service person indicated that she couldn't give me a time. I asked to talk to the Manager or the owner and she kept repeating the same thing, I finally hung up. Even Best Buys, Xifnity etc. provide a 4 hour window and call you the night before or the morning of the service but I didn't get a call just an email and text with a 12 hour window, do they really expect people to wait around for 12 hours and then be told that they need to be rescheduled. I went about my business and received a call about a 1/2 hour later from the technician indicating that he was 15 minutes away. I already made other plans based on the representations of the customer service person. I received another call from customer service and i told them to cancel my contract. Obviously this company doesn't staff appropriately and/or is more interested in attending to emergency calls because they make more money. Nonetheless, management doesn't care about their loyal customers. A customer service person called and offered me a $50 dollar coupon and 3 months off my annual service contract. Please note that everyone gets a $50 dollar coupon off future work. Please note that I never asked for anything except for them to improve their work flow and customer service. So frustrating to make an appointment and get a 12 hour window and then be told that I may have to be rescheduled. It's all about the money. Forget about loyal customers, of course they will come out immediately if you have an issue because they want the money and charge a premium, Loyal customers get put on the back burner. Reflection of management. I will find someone else.

Albert G.I had a local plumbing company ( hr furr) come out to diagnose and repair a well issue. They misdiagnosed what was going on and did an unnecessary $550 pressure gauge replacement. (After the pressure gauge replacement the problem still existed ) the young man they had sent out from The Local Company was in over his head. I called Seaside Plumbing and spoke to one of their master plumbers, Wayne Steele. from our conversation on the phone he had a very good idea of what the problem was . He came to my house and after a few tests and observations he realized that I needed a new well pump . We also talked about the age of the whole unit in my house which was from 1987. The outside Plumbing needed to be replaced the pump which was from 1987, the bladder which was only working at half strength and the pressure gauge switch all had to be replaced. Wayne and his apprentices proceeded to replace and work on everything that needed to be done and took the time to explain and he showed me that his hypothesis of the pump was correct through a demonstration . They took a lot of time installing everything correctly , ? detail-oriented while teaching the apprentices. I feel very confident that I will not have any well issues and I also signed up for the friends and family inspections that they do throughout the year for all of my HVAC and plumbing. ? thank you Wayne
I am not a typical review writer, but felt the need to write one for the last service I received from Seaside. They are very prompt and well-organized, arriving on time (I would give them a 5 for responsiveness). However, be prepared to pay some pretty exorbitant prices for their services. I needed to have plumbing in two sinks hooked back up after having kitchen counter tops replaced. There was no removal of any fixtures required. Two techs came out and quoted me $2,300, and were promptly sent away. They came back after 20 minutes and lowered the price to $1,600. I reluctantly agreed because I had it pre-scheduled. They were here less than 2 hours. The detailed invoice I received by email showed services that appeared to be overlapping for what was completed. A complaint call to the service manager got me a $240 credit. In the end, I paid two young guys over $350/hour for simple plumbing tasks. Get a detailed line-by-line estimate before you use them. They charged me $450 to install a new garbage disposer (just install, I purchased the unit myself) which took no more that 20 minutes. And I am part of the Family and Friends program which costs me $9/month. I will be searching for a new plumber.
What a great team Katelyn and Ben are! They came today to quote a new water heater and 2 toilets. The quote was reasonable and I requested they proceed with the installation as soon as possible. Within 4 hours they had procured the requestEd items (which I indicated the brand I wanted) and the equipment was installed efficiently. Thank you Katelyn and Ben!!
