The problem with giving good reviews is that this guy willl probably get very popular and expensive. He was hired by my warranty company but he was honest and did exactly what I expected. Fixed some broken valves in a timely manner. Looked for them at Home Depot then ordered special when he couldn't find them. Called me when they came in and installed

Our water heater was initially leaking some gas and Efrain quickly came out to look at the issue and quickly determined that our water heater needed to be replaced! He walked me through everything that was wrong to ensure I understood why replacement was required! He showed up the next morning with new water heater and installed it and had us back up and running in no time! He also showed me when he pulled the old one out that the bottom completely fell apart! We had such a great experience with Seaside Plumbing Services! Efrain was knowledgeable, friendly, and worked really hard to find both a long term and short term solution for our water heater. Before Seaside Plumbing, we had two other plumbers out to our house and neither could get our hot water to work temporarily. If not for Efrain, we would have been without hot water for multiple days! After we got a new water heater, Efrain checked back in with us to make sure it was working and that we weren't having any issues. Amazing service!
