We had a leak in our kitchen that started flooding the kitchen floor and when I called Seaside they immediately went into problem solving mode. The plumber that came out ""Richard"" was very calm and diagnosed the leak quickly and efficiently. He fixed the leak within 2 hours and I was able to continue to enjoy my beach get away! I will definitely use them again and I signed up for the membership.

The toilet in our master bath failed. Seaside was able to get a plumber to us first thing the next day and he installed a new toilet and did a multiple point plumbing inspection. He was very friendly and very efficient and left no mess at all. I recommend them and would use them again.

should have trusted my radar warning.
when we called them for replacing a seal around a toilet, they did not give us a price. My significant other scheduled them for the next day.
after they took a ""look"", they went to their truck, and were still sitting in it when I left 10 minutes later. I questioned myself what was taking them so long? but I had to leave.
(I even thought that maybe they were looking on YouTube to see how to do a toilet repair).
when I returned home, I discovered that they charged us $300. outrageous.
The toilet does not leak at the seal anymore but the knobs but they put over the screws in the bottom of the toilet were just filled with putty to put them in place in a really not secure to the bottom of the bowl.

I had an emergency 2 years ago and Seaside came out immediately over the weekend. They went above and beyond then and they went above and beyond this time when I called them for a different water emergency (why does it always have to happen over the weekend?). The workers are friendly, courteous, and very conscious of your home. They wear shoe protectors and will wear a mask if you ask. They provided three options for resolving my particular issue, explained the pros and cons of each in detail, and, once I selected the one I wanted, were done in less than an hour. Cleaned up the mess and left. This is my third time using Seaside. Two were emergency service. Once was just a faucet replacement. I am always very happy with their service and their crew.

Thieves,,,Arrived to replace a commercial toilet flush valve that i was supplying....gave an initial price of $850 dollars for a 1/2 hour job.. than the price was reduced to $675,,,then the price was reduced to $625,,, then the price was reduced to $ 525....I sent them on their way...I won't be calling them again, that's for sure.

We have used them a couple times and, while competent, they are very expensive. Whatever you do, DO NOT GET the Family and Friends plan - it is a rip-off. When I tried to get my free inspection and water heater flush, it was near impossible to get a technician here. They scheduled me for a Friday, then at 8PM told me they'd have to reschedule. Monday comes and they said they would be here in 40 minutes. Two hours later, I call and they said they showed up but no one was home!!! What a crock.

I was scheduled for an appointment in the afternoon. The plumbers not only did not show, they didn't have the courtesy of calling me so I didn't have to wait all afternoon. They are totally unreliable.

I called Seaside to install a kitchen faucet and garbage disposal that I purchased.
I was told when I made the appointment that they can't give a quote over the phone for the installation and there is $39.99 fee for them to come out and do a plumbing analysis on my home before they do the install.
I agreed.
The technician came and after a 1/2 hour of him going through my house and checking all my plumbing he came back with a list of all the things he feels I should replace. Either now or down the road.
I told him appreciated all he did. He had complete an itemized list along with pricing.
We started to go through his list . He told me my hot water heater was old ( which it is ) and that I should replace before it does break . The cost for 80 gallon electric water heater was $5000.00 !! We finally came to the kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. Keep in mind again ....I purchased the faucet and disposal. And all the plumbing under my kitchen is new. Nothing had to be changed out.
The price was $789.00!! Totally outrageous!! Just a word to the wise... be ready for a very hefty bill.
I will say their customer service and technicians are super nice and helpful. But their pricing is out of sight.
