The stars reflect this company's first visit and my attempts to ask them to come back. Their first visit was fine - 4 or 5 stars. I need them to return to follow up on suggestions made in that first visit and ALL phone numbers are disconnected.

I have water in my basement again and now need to start from scratch with a new plumbing company because Seaside seems to have vanished overnight.

We invited Seaside to provide a quote to replace an outdoor spicket. When I was booking the appointment the person told me that there would be a $39.00 scheduling fee! I told the person that I wasn't willing to pay the fee and fee was waived. When the technician showed up he told me that he would need to check out all the plumbing in the house before he provided the quote to replace the spicket which seemed strange to me. After I insisted, he provided a quote of $370.00 plus the cost of the part which would put the cost of the job of replacing the spicket to around $470.00. I told the technician not to bother. He then told me that he would need to call his boss. The polite technician then returned and asked me to sign stating that the ""work was performed as agreed."" I refused to sign.
Be mindful when dealing with this company. Thank you for reading my review.

As homeowners, the true measure of a professional service organization is in their communication and quality of work. Logan and Jacob once again delivered the service we have come to respect and appreciate from Seaside Plumbing. An older home sometimes requires special considerations. When issues arise, it also takes a supportive team to ensure the workers on site can complete the job. We continue to experience this collaboration with Seaside Plumbing! We had a leak in our kitchen that started flooding the kitchen floor and when I called Seaside they immediately went into problem solving mode. The plumber that came out ""Richard"" was very calm and diagnosed the leak quickly and efficiently. He fixed the leak within 2 hours and I was able to continue to enjoy my beach get away! I will definitely use them again and I signed up for the membership.

The toilet in our master bath failed. Seaside was able to get a plumber to us first thing the next day and he installed a new toilet and did a multiple point plumbing inspection. He was very friendly and very efficient and left no mess at all. I recommend them and would use them again.

should have trusted my radar warning.
when we called them for replacing a seal around a toilet, they did not give us a price. My significant other scheduled them for the next day.
after they took a ""look"", they went to their truck, and were still sitting in it when I left 10 minutes later. I questioned myself what was taking them so long? but I had to leave.
(I even thought that maybe they were looking on YouTube to see how to do a toilet repair).
when I returned home, I discovered that they charged us $300. outrageous.
The toilet does not leak at the seal anymore but the knobs but they put over the screws in the bottom of the toilet were just filled with putty to put them in place in a really not secure to the bottom of the bowl.

I had an emergency 2 years ago and Seaside came out immediately over the weekend. They went above and beyond then and they went above and beyond this time when I called them for a different water emergency (why does it always have to happen over the weekend?). The workers are friendly, courteous, and very conscious of your home. They wear shoe protectors and will wear a mask if you ask. They provided three options for resolving my particular issue, explained the pros and cons of each in detail, and, once I selected the one I wanted, were done in less than an hour. Cleaned up the mess and left. This is my third time using Seaside. Two were emergency service. Once was just a faucet replacement. I am always very happy with their service and their crew.

Thieves,,,Arrived to replace a commercial toilet flush valve that i was supplying....gave an initial price of $850 dollars for a 1/2 hour job.. than the price was reduced to $675,,,then the price was reduced to $625,,, then the price was reduced to $ 525....I sent them on their way...I won't be calling them again, that's for sure.
