I gave Sean my plumber a phone call this later afternoon. In my conversation with Sean I told him, I my bathroom toilet in the hallway nearby my room has been clogged up for the past few days.
And I need him to service and unclog my toilet ASAP.

I asked Sean to give me a fair price in snaking out my bathroom clogged toilet in my hallway bathroom.

Sean quoted to me the estimated price is $125.00.
I said to Sean that's a fair price and I will pay him by my personal check which was yesterday night.

Sean also told me that he will be snaking out my toilet last night using an Auger device that has a 6 foot long handle on it. I observed Sean last night at 8:00 p.m. inserting this Auger (Snake) device down the toilet bowl hole and he was pulling the device down as far as it can go then
Sean was working really hard to clear this clog. I told him this clogged toilet started last week and it's been about 5 days since last night.
Sean said, there is something really hard stuck down beyond the toilet and it isn't toilet paper. Sean said he believes it's these ""Tree Roots"" from a tree that is growing next door from our neighbors yard. These tree roots have grown underground and is breaking down and causing corrosion in the plumbing pipes. Just like the first time when
Sean came over to service my toilet.

Sean's results was the (Tree Roots). It was not the Toilet Paper that I was blamed for from my roommate.

Sean also told me it's not the toilet paper that has caused the clogged toilet it's the (Tree Roots) that is grown out underneath the plumbing pipes. That makes sense. I told my Sean when I do use toilet paper to poop I throw the toilet paper in the wastebasket next to the toilet so NO toilet paper goes into the toilet and NO toilet paper is flushed down the toilet.

Anyway, Sean my plumber suggested when I can afford this other service for him to REMOVE THE WHOLE TOILET in order for Sean to make sure what this problem is causing the clogged toilet. Sean quoted me this extra service will be $300.00 . Plus the $125.00 I already paid Sean last night. And including the first service that was done. I paid Sean $200.00.
My total bill will be $525.00.

Sean told me to call or go in person to talk to this Oceana Community Home Owner's Association Manager The HOA.

This HOA Committee should take responsibility for this Tree Roots Issue and not harass me . The HOA is very unprofessional organization.
I am going to report them to the Oceans Property Management Company and file a formal complaint in order for me as a tenant to get reimbursed for my money I had to pay for these plumbing repairs done on my Oceana Condominium Rental in the Oceana Community.

Anyway, Sean was very professional, hard working person, and Sean also gave me a reasonable price last night. I was very satisfied with his excellent service and his quality work. I have been Sean's loyal customer for 2 years.

Sean is awesome. He is the plumber you want! He was very responsive, gave us great advice when our water heater igniter broke. First he just fixed it, charged us next to nothing for the visit and told me how to get a free part from the heater company. Letting me know it would break again, which it did two days later. When the part arrived late Friday evening he agreed to come by on Saturday am even though he doesn't usually work Saturdays. The fix wasn't easy but he was great, got us hot water quick! Will definitely be calling Sean next time we need a plumber. He has great communication and charges a fair price.
