Honest, on time, hard working, reasonable prices, and a genuinely nice guy! We wanted to replace 4 toilets in a 3-story home (a lot of work navigating stairs!). After getting quotes from a few vendors, we moved forward with Sean because of his promptness in responding to our call and his availability for same day service. I also appreciated that Sean asked a number of clarifying questions to ensure that he could provide us with a fairly accurate quote (it's never perfect until they see the situation). After agreeing to move forward, Sean showed up on time and went straight to work. He was meticulous with our toilet installation and took the time needed to do the job right. He was super careful hauling the toilets back out of the house making sure not to hit or damage walls or the stairway ceilings. We appreciated Sean's friendly and kind demeanor too. He is a funny guy who likes to laugh and was a sport when we offered water in a bowl (we haven't quite moved in and didn't have any cups). If you're looking for an honest plumber with reasonable pricing in the North County area, I'd highly recommend Sean.

Sean did a great job. He was very communicative, prepared and professional. The toilet was plugged from the dog waist being flushed and the toilet, for over a week. It would not go down, and the plunger and Drano did not work on it. Sean was able to use the tools to take care of the matter. Now it flushes perfectly again. Highly recommended.

Our builder installed tankless water heater leaked, thankfully Sean was servicing a neighbor's house and we asked if he could swing by to look at the problem.

He came over, called the manufacturer (Noritz), thankfully, it was still under warranty! Sean troubleshooted the failure with Noritz's service rep; they sent several parts over the weekend. Sean was reasonable in charging us for replacing the parts, better than a $2500 total replacement.

Sean was a huge help to us. He replied quickly, went over a few pictures we sent to him and scheduled the appointment for the next day. The job wasnt easy, location of pipes made it difficult, but he pressed on and replaced our pressure regulator and valve. We will have him come back to do other maintenance repairs .
