We have been living without water since last Sunday 1/21/24 when our water main broke in our front yard. After calling 3 plumbers whom I found on Walnut Buzz and Nextdoor, two of them came and did absolutely nothing and asked for money. One guy looked at the aerial view and a picture I sent him and told me he didn't have the time. Sunday I found Alonzo Carlos on Nextdoor who came out Monday and actually dug around trying to figure out what type of pipe we had and never asked for any money. Alonzo came back today with the leak detection guy and luckily they were able to dig under my walkway to get to the leak which was completely severed. We were so happy that they didn't have to break the walkway and the fix was relatively easy. Just wanted to give a shout out to Alonzo Carlos and how great of a job he did. If you ever need a plumber Alonzo will not disappoint.

About a year and a half earlier Alonzo replaced our water heater. Within that year and a half, our new water heater had a problem. I called up Alonso, and he remembered my name right away. He even remembered the work he had done for us! So when I called him he came right away. He came on time, no waiting. Alonso replaced the thermal coupling in our water but that didn't fix the problem, that was NO FAULT of his own. It's a common problem but in our case it was the thermostat went bad. When Alonso came back to replace it, his partner came with him to assist to ensure that we were was taken care of. He didn't even charge us for the labor for that day.

Alonzo is local in Temple City, he knows this area very well and he stands by his work. Alonso has a personnel touch with he clients and old fashion values hard work! I hope I don't have to call him back, but if something goes wrong, I will him in a half-a-heartbeat! OUTSTANDING WORK!

The flange that secures the toilet to the floor failed due to rust and age. Alonso explained what needed to be done for a proper repair. He was prompt and the bathroom was super clean upon completion of the job. I would highly recommend calling Alonso for all plumbing repairs.

Wow, this business I highly recommend especially in time of need. My Mother had a huge main burst leak on her main line. Huge mess we were scared the house would flood or get mold. He responded quick to the emergency call and came out to stop and fix the leak. Then he was able to come back and finish all the other damages that were left behind. salvaged anything from mold or deeper repair. In my book that's good hard work, saved money and headaches. LOVE THIS GUY!!!
We have been remodeling our home since we moved in two years ago. Alonso has replaced all the angle stops, toilets, faucets, sinks as well as fixing some severe exterior plumbing issues. He is always very honest, on time and clean.
