I called Sean early this morning to see if he could fix a sewage clog. Due to the approach of Snowmaggedon '25, I had zero expectation that he (or anyone else) would be able to get to my house today, and was resolved to hunker down without usable bathrooms for the next week or so. Fortunately, he showed up an hour later and got right to work. In addition to sorting out and repairing the sewage clog, he noticed standing water at the end of our driveway and diagnosed a significant leak in our water line as well. Sean quickly pinpointed the leak's location and effected the required repairs. With the temperature dropping and snow falling, Sean worked non-stop for four hours to restore our sewer and water systems before the weather ground everything to a halt. And after compressing a full day's work into several hours, Sean charged an incredibly reasonable rate for his labors. His price would make him a great value under any circumstances, but given everything happening today, Sean Fixes Johns was the best plumbing bargain of my life. He's on my speed dial now just in case...

I had the unfortunate situation of having both of my toilets out of commission in my condo. I called Sean based on excellent reviews, and I really like the name of his company! Sean and his co-worker showed up exactly when he said they would be there, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had both of them working again in a short time. They even had to reset one toilet with a new wax seal. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. It's so refreshing to find an honest, professional technician, and I will definitely call Sean for any future plumbing work! Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Sean for all your plumbing needs! He was quick to respond and was able to perform the requested job the next day. During the initial install of our water heater he noticed the equipment we were sold (by Home Depot) was defective and needed to be returned. He went above and beyond, returning to our residence the next day to finish the install (with new equipment) He even hauled out the old water heater for us.

I called Sean just to get some advice with a project i was doing, rather than calling for a job and he went out of his way to give me the information I needed and even sent me links to find where to purchase things I needed. A couple of plumbers i called just shoved me off but he was very kind, thoughtful and helpful, considering he wasn't making a dime off me. So guess who I will call next time I need a plumber...anyone who will go out of their way to help someone expecting nothing in return deserves my business. Thank you Sean!

Super responsive! We had a big back up at our home and Sean was here within 20 minutes and it was after hours. He worked hard on clearing the line and followed up with running a camera thru to make sure nothing else causing issues.

Water heater was out when I returned one from a trip on a Sunday. I called, they came over within a couple of hours. The next day, before noon, I had a brand new working water heater installed.
