I had the unfortunate situation of having both of my toilets out of commission in my condo. I called Sean based on excellent reviews, and I really like the name of his company! Sean and his co-worker showed up exactly when he said they would be there, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had both of them working again in a short time. They even had to reset one toilet with a new wax seal. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. It's so refreshing to find an honest, professional technician, and I will definitely call Sean for any future plumbing work! Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Sean for all your plumbing needs! He was quick to respond and was able to perform the requested job the next day. During the initial install of our water heater he noticed the equipment we were sold (by Home Depot) was defective and needed to be returned. He went above and beyond, returning to our residence the next day to finish the install (with new equipment) He even hauled out the old water heater for us.

I called Sean just to get some advice with a project i was doing, rather than calling for a job and he went out of his way to give me the information I needed and even sent me links to find where to purchase things I needed. A couple of plumbers i called just shoved me off but he was very kind, thoughtful and helpful, considering he wasn't making a dime off me. So guess who I will call next time I need a plumber...anyone who will go out of their way to help someone expecting nothing in return deserves my business. Thank you Sean!

Super responsive! We had a big back up at our home and Sean was here within 20 minutes and it was after hours. He worked hard on clearing the line and followed up with running a camera thru to make sure nothing else causing issues.

Water heater was out when I returned one from a trip on a Sunday. I called, they came over within a couple of hours. The next day, before noon, I had a brand new working water heater installed. Had an awful smell coming from the kitchen. Found that a drainage pipe in the crawl space had been leaking from a large rusted out hole for some time. It was a Saturday and I called Sean to see if he could fix it. He not only came out on a weekend day without charging me an extra fee but replaced the rusted out section of pipe in a timely manner. If you need work done by a professional with a can do attitude and laid back demeanor, give Sean a call. I'd recommend him to anyone.
