Founded in 1961 by Donald Seaman, Seaman's Mechanical started as a one-truck repair and installation operation fueled by determination. In 1988, Randy Seaman took the reins from his father and, with his team, developed Seaman's into an award-winning HVAC business. Today, Seaman's is still a family-run business, dedicated to the installation and maintenance of high-quality equipment with superior workmanship.

As a leader in the Western Michigan heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration industry, we stay true to our core values of honesty, integrity, fairness, respect, openness, and courtesy. These values are part of Seaman's culture and are upheld by every member of our staff. We take pride in the quality and efficiency of our services and are dedicated to excellence. Our service department operates around the clock, every day of the week. We provide a complete design/build service.
Randy's focus on quality workmanship, ethics, and advancing the HVAC industry resulted in him being named ACCA Commercial Contractor of the Year in 2001 and 2002. The Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA) is the sole national organization representing small businesses that design, install, and maintain indoor environmental systems.
