Like everyone else you only call a plumber when you have to! Thanks to yelp I went on a mission like i do for everything. So far I have hit the jackpot. Today was a good day. Patrick is such a nice gentleman, hard working and was straight to the point. He knew immediately what the problem was and gave me an appointment and was here. I must say I hate having to do business with service people as you never know who is trying to rip you off. Especially when you say Anaheim Hills they start to see $$$ signs. It is not that kind of party here. I felt he was fair and very professional. I will do business with Patrick again.

Seale plumbing is legit. Patrick is what all the positive reviews say about him. Called him up, told him I had a main water pipe leak in my front yard. He told me he would be here about 1pm, showed up at 1230pm! Looked at the problem gave me a honest and resonable price for the work. Leak is fixed, everything looks great! This guy comes highly recommend. I pretty much just went off other peoples reviews and they were right on with him. If you need a plumber call Patrick.

Came home from work one afternoon only to find my kitchen clogged. Tried the DIY step by step. first was drano. Then one plunger, two plunger, and finally tried my 5 foot snake line. Nothing that I do can clear the water in the kitchen in sink.

When I can't figure out what to do, Yelp to the rescue. Called Patrick Seale and he picked up right away. Told me that he's stuck in traffic but will come right away. Very nice guy, clean, right to the point and fixed the problem.

Found the plug for the kitchen line outside the house and used the 25 footer snake. to unclog the pipe. He actually used the entire 25 foot snake to unclog the pipe. Just to show how ridiculous I felt when I tried my 5 footer when I used it inside the kitchen ^_^

Patrick runs a good show. He is very professional and responsive. He always answers the phone and at least says he'll call you back if he is busy. And he calls you back. Burst water pipe over the weekend, I contacted Seale Plumbing and within the hour he had arrived and began fixing the the problem.

Work was great and at a very competitive price (Seale plumbing was the cheapest of the 4 companies I rang and the only guy who promised to be here within the hour)

This plumber is great. We had a leak in the main pipe. On a Sunday no less. I called patrick and his response time was unbelievably quick. He solved the problem quickly plus his rates were very reasonable. I will recommend him to all my friends.

Once again, Patrick Seale comes through with high remarks from our end. For some reason, the people who owned our house before placed PVC piping for our gasline into the house!!!! Pure stupidity right? and it was only 10in below the dirt. Anyways, during sprinkler installation, the pipe was mistaken for a sprinkler pipe and started to leak after cutting into it. Bad move. Patrick and his crew came out and installed high-grade piping 22in underground and it was all done in a matter of hours. His pricing is the best and is fair given the quality of his superb work and the quality of the material he uses. Don't bother looking elsewhere...he is the best. Thanks Patrick!

I know very little about what was needed to solve my leaky water heater situation but I got plenty of estimates for the work I was looking for from SEVERAL companies. Patrick at Seale Plumbing had thorough, thoughtful, and sound advice and knows his stuff. He offered not only an analysis of what was needed but recommended the less expensive of the two options I was considering! He was prompt, expedient, followed through from consult to clean up with great professionalism and attention to detail. Not only that, but as a side bar, he took a look at a clogged tub drain and told me that I didn't need to snake the drain but rather just unblock superficially which he did at no additional cost! I will be sure to use Patrick at Seale Plumbing for all my plumbing needs. Might want to give him a call next time you need plumbing work!!!
