I received a referral to Seagraves after my living room flooded from a plumbing issue in my upstairs bathroom. Matt came out and assumed that the issue was a toilet overflowing since there was still water coming upstairs despite the fact that the water pressure to bathroom sink and tub was low. He flushed the toilet as his only diagnostic and told me it was fine to resume use of the restroom and gave me write up for my insurance company. The next day I showered in the upstairs bathroom and again water came through the ceiling into the living room. I understand that everyone makes errors but the error is not why I'm writing the review. I called the office again to report the new events and to request to have someone come out again and perform a proper diagnostic. After all, my living room ceiling was already opened up from the dry out and access to the pipes may not have been so difficult. I am actually unsure why Matt failed to actually look around in the first place. After 2 weeks of receiving excuses from the office about why I was not receiving call backs, today, I finally got in contact with the manager who told me that Matt is a """"master plumber"""" and he did what he was """"paid to do"""" and that they would not come back out . I requested a refund of my money and I am now looking for another company to perform the work. What a shame

Very professional but VERY expensive! Charged me $350.00 for a 20 minute food disposal replacement and didn't even discuss different upgrades models...just replaced with standard 1/2 HP insinkerator and then another $350.00 for swapping out a dishwasher. Plumber was very skilled and again professional, but when I shared with neighbors and friends, I found out I paid WAY too much.

It is great to find a plumber who is willing to work with you to fix a faucet instead of just saying ... Buy a new faucet. Matt and his team did a great job of finding the right parts to fix the faucet that I liked and wanted to keep using. I would definitely recommend Seagraves!,

I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. The two men who arrived to inspect my septic tank could not explain why they were unable to do so in a way I could understand them and they were very desrespectful. They were here all of 5 minutes and I was still charged a service call.

Good plumbing and generally a fair price. Pretty responsive as well. However, they should work on the customer service team as the woman who answers the phone and takes credit cards can be quite rude. I was surprised as other folks I have spoken with at Seagraves have been quite nice but she acted like it was such a burden for me to call and provide payment. Perhaps look into Stripe or another payments software to take payment on your website and let this woman find another role she is less annoyed with...

These guys are fantastic. After getting ridiculous quotes from Roto Rooter and Superior Plumbing ( the guys with the great billboard ads), these guys came out, diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed for less money than the other two typically charge for just running a camera through the line. They had better equipment on their truck, sent two guys (Mike Seagraves being one) instead of one, and obviously had WAY more expertise than either of the other technicians. If you have a SERIOUS plumbing problem, they are the only game in town in my humble opinion.

Had septic tank service & line repair done on my old brick ranch house. The crew at Seagraves are familiar with these homes and were able to zero in and replace the old broken line with a minimum of exploratory digging. The old tank was rather battered & outmoded in some respects, but instead of pressuring me to replace it they suggested some repairs & upgrades which worked out very well. They installed access points to the line so that I or a future owner can easily tell when and where there is trouble. They were also very careful: My septic line runs under an awning, and it took some skill for them to dig under there with a backhoe. They wrapped up by explaining to me how the septic system works and how to take care of it--I appreciated the education! Recommended.

Update -- After paying for the Seagraves services I then discovered that the owner had broken or left open the water valve on the basement commode (where he was inserting a camera) and it flooded our basement which was a pain and costly and we had to replace the commode valve. Then i discovered that the two Seagraves workmen had punctured one of our irrigation lines while inserting their probe dozens of feet from where I told them the septic tank was located. This caused another leak and costly repair. Couldnt have really been a worse experience. I paid them several hundred dollars which then cost me several more hundred dollars to fix their mistakes. Yuk Yuk.

Mike is the best! We have had several repairs done by him and he's always super responsive and thorough. He always explains what needs to happen and why. We will never work with another plumbing company.

We have finally found a good plumber. Close and reputable. They do a great job. We will use them again
