I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. The two men who arrived to inspect my septic tank could not explain why they were unable to do so in a way I could understand them and they were very desrespectful. They were here all of 5 minutes and I was still charged a service call.

Cobb Cty water notified me - a senior, widowed, octogenarian- I had a major water leak on my side of the meter. As I had used Seagraves before, I called the next day which was Saturday. Martinez advised me in order for them to come out I would have to call National Leak Detector to find it. Of course, I had to wait until Monday a.m. but once they came and found the leak, I called back and Martinez said they would be out the next day to fix. When he & crew came, I asked them for a special reason to not dig 6 -10 inches from my foundation and they totally respected that request. They made a temp fix as the galvanized pipe was very corroded and the line from meter to house needed replacing. But first, had to have the utility locaters come. Once the yard was marked, called Martinez back and he said they would be there Wed after lunch. And that was true as they came at 1:00. Dug the yard, replaced the line, pulled the old line out, tested everything including my pressure regulator valve, ran 3 water sources at once to make sure all was well and closed up the dug up area, leaving it as if it had never been dug, even to the point where they moved the pine straw and then placed it back along with some stones that had been in the way. The bill including the temp fix was much less than I expected as neighbors had told me to look at around 4-5K. NOPE! way less. I was impressed with the fact that I was kept informed all the way along, pricing was excellent, they were neat, polite and respected my property. It was a wonder that I even had any water the pipe was so corroded. Seagraves is prompt, helpful and the price is right! I will be bragging about them for quite a while.

Mike is the best! We have had several repairs done by him and he's always super responsive and thorough. He always explains what needs to happen and why. We will never work with another plumbing company.

What a pleasant surprise to have a service person truly want to research a problem and not just tell me it can't be fixed. Seagraves went above and beyond AGAIN to repair something that required some actual dirty work, flashlights and exploration! It was like the good ole days!

These guys are fantastic. After getting ridiculous quotes from Roto Rooter and Superior Plumbing ( the guys with the great billboard ads), these guys came out, diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed for less money than the other two typically charge for just running a camera through the line. They had better equipment on their truck, sent two guys (Mike Seagraves being one) instead of one, and obviously had WAY more expertise than either of the other technicians. If you have a SERIOUS plumbing problem, they are the only game in town in my humble opinion.

Very professional but VERY expensive! Charged me $350.00 for a 20 minute food disposal replacement and didn't even discuss different upgrades models...just replaced with standard 1/2 HP insinkerator and then another $350.00 for swapping out a dishwasher. Plumber was very skilled and again professional, but when I shared with neighbors and friends, I found out I paid WAY too much.

Good plumbing and generally a fair price. Pretty responsive as well. However, they should work on the customer service team as the woman who answers the phone and takes credit cards can be quite rude. I was surprised as other folks I have spoken with at Seagraves have been quite nice but she acted like it was such a burden for me to call and provide payment. Perhaps look into Stripe or another payments software to take payment on your website and let this woman find another role she is less annoyed with...

I just had Anthony and Leroy here working on my exterior landscaping drain and I couldn't have been more impressed with these guys. They explained everything to me that they were going to be doing then once finished they went over it all with me again. Pricing was good and service was top notch. I will be using Seagraves again in the future when I need plumbing work done.

Had septic tank service & line repair done on my old brick ranch house. The crew at Seagraves are familiar with these homes and were able to zero in and replace the old broken line with a minimum of exploratory digging. The old tank was rather battered & outmoded in some respects, but instead of pressuring me to replace it they suggested some repairs & upgrades which worked out very well. They installed access points to the line so that I or a future owner can easily tell when and where there is trouble. They were also very careful: My septic line runs under an awning, and it took some skill for them to dig under there with a backhoe. They wrapped up by explaining to me how the septic system works and how to take care of it--I appreciated the education! Recommended.
