My sister recently made an appointment with Abraham to repair a pipe break that impacted her water main. She had to shut off her water until it could be repaired. She made the first 'emergency' appointment available, which was two days out. Abraham asked for photos of the area which she sent. She even had someone dig out the area so he could easily access the broken pipe. Yet, today, the day of her appointment, she tried several times, unsuccessfully, to confirm the appointment with with Abraham. Not only did she not get a response. Abraham never bothered to show up for the appointment. He never called to cancel so she continues to be without water. As the owner of a company I would expect his business practices to be be more reliable. In this day and age it doesn't take much to text or call confirming or cancelling. Would not recommend!

I would highly recommend Seacliff Plumbing. I call Abraham, at about 4pm, about a water heater problem - the heater was old, and it stopped working. He called back in 15 minutes and said he would stop by my house on his way home. He stopped by my home at 7pm that same day. I mentioned that I wanted to replace the water heater. He suggested that he would first try to fix it to save me some money. After about an hour of work, he determined that the heater was too old, and the part it needed was going to be costly. So he suggested that the heater be replaced and that he would only charge me for the replacement of the heater and not for the work he had done. The next day he showed up and installed the heater in about 1 hr. Excellent service a very reasonable and affordable price.
