As the Principal Engineer and founder of Seachange, holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Cal Poly and has spent the past 8 years designing light commercial projects and premium residential homes for a local firm. Moreover, Matt has experience with WSP Flack + Kurtz, where he collaborated on large-scale commercial projects.
