Monica goes above and beyond to be helpful and ensure I'm taken care of at all times, but especially if I'm in a pinch. Chris is extremely friendly, polite and dedicated to solving the problem, if one exists. They don't nickel and dime me and they don't find something that needs replacing every single time I have a pre-season tune-up.

We moved into a home that didn't have central air conditioning. After getting a quote, my military friend mentioned this company. Their quote was much cheaper and for a better unit. Matt helped me through the whole process from quote, to picking the unit (again he hooked me up with a great energy efficient model), Install, and the SMUD and CA program rebate. Matt, even after a whole year later, made sure to keep his promises. Great company great techs.

our first and only recommendation for heating and air and even plumbing in the greater Sacramento area. We first had them do all the plumbing and heating and air for a new build. They were wonderful and always passed inspections with flying colors.

I've used these guys several times and I always get great service at a fair price. This time they pressure tested and sealed my duct work, bringing 30-year-old ducts up to modern standards at a fraction of a cost vs replacing them. They also installed a whole-house fan to help us keep our AC costs down this summer. Thanks Craig, Cody, Robert and Stefan for another great experience!

We live in a fabulous apartment complex and a few months ago our air conditioning unit broke down. We got a new one, thankfully, but a few days ago it gor hot again. I notified our apartment manager and they called Sea Heating and Air who are the folks who installed the new AC unit. They were really busy but the owner came out today and fixed it!!! We're blowing cold air and are so happy with the service we received from Sea. It's nice to have a cool home!

I like the professional work that they did in my house. Raymond and Steve are awesome, they install the system in my place. They are very patient and you can tel from their work that they have have a long experience and also their supervisor is very helpful. Even when I call the company office, they answer and help you with your issue right away. All the staff are perfect and helpful.

I called and spoke to Seth and he gave me so much information that I actually needed and didn't know that I needed! He spoke to me very professionally, kindly, patently and did not treat me like I was an idiot for asking the questions that I did. When he came to do my HVAC service for the first time, he explained everything he was doing and what the things were supposed to be doing so I had knowledge to assess any potential problems. He also helped me a great deal with trying to figure out what was wrong with my bum dishwasher and he wasn't even supposed be there to do that! It turns out he is a certified appliance technician!
I will absolutely be using this company again and I have already referred them to people I know I hope this review helps, I rarely write them! That's how impressed I am!
P.S. The office staff is very friendly as well.

We had Jason from Sea Heating & Air come out to our home today to do a Fall tune up on our furnace. Jason called me ahead of our appointment time to let us know he was coming. He was polite and professional from start to finish. We've used this company before for my Dad's furnace with great results as well. I highly recommend this company. I'll be calling them in the Spring to check out our air conditioner.
