I've used these guys several times and I always get great service at a fair price. This time they pressure tested and sealed my duct work, bringing 30-year-old ducts up to modern standards at a fraction of a cost vs replacing them. They also installed a whole-house fan to help us keep our AC costs down this summer. Thanks Craig, Cody, Robert and Stefan for another great experience!

We live in a fabulous apartment complex and a few months ago our air conditioning unit broke down. We got a new one, thankfully, but a few days ago it gor hot again. I notified our apartment manager and they called Sea Heating and Air who are the folks who installed the new AC unit. They were really busy but the owner came out today and fixed it!!! We're blowing cold air and are so happy with the service we received from Sea. It's nice to have a cool home!

I like the professional work that they did in my house. Raymond and Steve are awesome, they install the system in my place. They are very patient and you can tel from their work that they have have a long experience and also their supervisor is very helpful. Even when I call the company office, they answer and help you with your issue right away. All the staff are perfect and helpful.

I called and spoke to Seth and he gave me so much information that I actually needed and didn't know that I needed! He spoke to me very professionally, kindly, patently and did not treat me like I was an idiot for asking the questions that I did. When he came to do my HVAC service for the first time, he explained everything he was doing and what the things were supposed to be doing so I had knowledge to assess any potential problems. He also helped me a great deal with trying to figure out what was wrong with my bum dishwasher and he wasn't even supposed be there to do that! It turns out he is a certified appliance technician!
I will absolutely be using this company again and I have already referred them to people I know I hope this review helps, I rarely write them! That's how impressed I am!
P.S. The office staff is very friendly as well.

We had Jason from Sea Heating & Air come out to our home today to do a Fall tune up on our furnace. Jason called me ahead of our appointment time to let us know he was coming. He was polite and professional from start to finish. We've used this company before for my Dad's furnace with great results as well. I highly recommend this company. I'll be calling them in the Spring to check out our air conditioner.

Seth came out earlier this week to fix our AC and we couldn't be happier. Not only was he friendly and professional, he explained everything that he was doing in a way that we could understand so that we are totally confident in the work he did. He showed us how filthy the coils were and cleaned them (we live in an apartment), cleaned out the gross drainage pipes, added some tabs to the pan to keep them grunge-free, repaired some damaged couplings, checked the coolant and the blower and cleaned out the unit outside. The difference in performance was very noticeable. I was kind of anxious about having someone in my house all day but not only did he do an incredible job, he only took about 90 minutes to do it. I feel kind of bad for peppering him with questions but if it bothered him, he didn't let on! We really, really appreciated his work and his great attitude. Thanks so much!
