These guys are ridiculously inefficient. Had an insurance heater repair 1st trip out...they didn't have the right part. Then had to wait 5 days for them to get authorization from the insurance company. Finally called me to set an appointment after they got authorization...appointment was another three days out...now 8 days without a heater....avg temp at night 35 degrees! Gave me a 10-3 window for appointment. Repairman called at 2 saying he would be there in 40 minutes...arrived an hour and five minutes later. Repairman stayed in truck for 10 minutes before I went out to find out why he wasn't coming in....he told me that he couldn't find authorization number on paperwork...THEN????? Didn't check paperwork at start of day? Before he left previous appointment which was 40 minutes away? He knew appointment wouldn't be scheduled unless authorization given...but wouldn't budge until he got the number. That took another 15 minutes before he finally got it. Needless to say all of my appointments the rest of the afternoon had to be rescheduled. Amazingly inefficient! Will call insurance company & tell them...will never use again...recommend no one use.

What started as a simple AC system servicing from Beutler HVAC ended up in the ""much needed replacement"" of our entire HVAC system which would've cost us $18,000! Mind you, my house is only 9 years old. I went with my gut feeling and called Sea HVAC and Randy came out and took a second look. In short Randy did the following...

1. Reinspected our HVAC system, and said there's nothing wrong
2. Checked pressures and verified everything was in working order
3. Took the time to educate me to see what he was looking at in comparing what Beutler claimed what was ""needing of replacement""

He was friendly, professional, and most of all honest which gained my trust! I'd recommend this company to everybody!

Lyle from Sea HVAC installed an air scrubber & UV set up in our existing system as I requested and not only did Lyle cleanly installed both units, he took his time, referred to the reading material ensuring proper installation as well as showed me the after product. He too was friendly and extremely professional. His workmanship not only solidified my trust in Sea HVAC, but when you're needing to invest in proper equipment matched expertise, this company is my ""go to!""

If I could give 10 stars I would. I spent the morning looking for someone to fix my air conditioning. The repair estimates ranged from 3 days to 1 month. With the heat soaring over 100 for the next week, I wanted it done right away. I called Sea and they came out within 4 hours and fixed my a/c and had my house cooling in about 20 minutes. Lyle was so friendly and kind. I will ALWAYS call Sea in the future. They have a customer for life.

Can we say amazingly wonderful? These guys, especially their GM Seth Mooney gave us a ""WoW"" experience with regard to their services. Fast, reliable, and trustworthy is what we experienced this morning when they came out to repair our A/C. I felt as if I knew Seth all my life because he gave us peace of mind. Their slogan is "" Our experience. Your comfort,"" but that's a mere understatement because of what they truly have to offer. Prices were amazingly competitive and lower than a bunch of other places I called. They gave us prompt response time. They repaired our issue within 24hrs. I would recommend all my friends and family to Sea Heating and Air in Rocklin!!

I called Randy last night to let him know my AC had been running all day and it was 90° in my house when I got home from work... he was at my doorstep today and in a matter of no time there was cold air flowing the the house again! By the time I thanked him, the temp in my house dropped by three degrees!
This guy is a great HVAC tech, very prompt, quick and professional! I would recommend this company to anyone! Thanks again Randy!
