I called Quick & Quality at 8:00am this morning because my kitchen, bathroom and washing machine were backing up. I told them I needed service asap because I had to leave for an appointment at 1:00pm. Allen and David were out within 30 minutes. They worked very quickly and ""neatly"" to resolve them problem. In short, I'm glad I went with QQRP. I've dealt with many contractors since we moved into our home a few years ago, and Allen was the most professional, on-budget and on-schedule one yet.

In long: We live up a 200ft long driveway surrounded by trees. Our equally long sewer line had severe root encroachment at several points that were causing backups into our home. Making matters worse, there were no clean-outs along that line.

I spoke with 5 different rooter businesses about the situation and got prices all over the place. Allen was the only one that was suggesting ways to save money from the onset, looking for the most minimally invasive methods to assess and address the situation.

Ultimately we ended up doing trench-less repiping. Allen and his crew showed up on-time every day finished the project exactly on schedule. On the last day they did a thorough clean up, touching up the cement and washing the dirt off the driveway.

Post project I found myself researching what this service normally runs and I realized what a great deal Allen had given me. My thanks to him and the crew for a job well done.

I don't know why it took me so long to write a review for this company, since we've been using them for years.
Allen is always professional and on time. Being always on schedule, it helps a lot. Also, since he knows what he's doing, the work is always done neatly and fast. The prices he quotes are VERY reasonable also.
Basically, if you're looking for someone who's a pro and gets the job done right, give Allen a call. You won't regret!

I called at 9 pm live person picked up the phone and answer all my questions and in matter of 45min someone was by my door and solved my drain issure with resonable price. I will highly recommend them to anyone who needs pulmbing help.

Our laundry water disposal was backed up, causing water to leak into our kitchen. Allen came and replaced our old piping and cleared the blockage. He came early and explained everything to me in a clear and honest way. The cost was more than reasonable and I would definitely call them again in the future!

I don't normally write reviews unless i receive horrible service or excellent service, even if i do receive excellent service I'm just too darn lazy to write it. Fortunately i made an exception this time because the work provided by Allen was just beyond exceptional. Keep in mind i had many quotes on the job at hand and they would not give me a true quote. They always had the ""ifs"". Like if the previous plumber from 12 years ago did not install the copper piping correctly than they will have to charge an extra 250. Stuff like that makes me angry. I'm not stupid, I'm not going to pay someone 8k to replace all my steel pipes to copper and not verify it. Enough of my rant about other plumbers, Allen showed up gave me a really good quote and started the job on thursday. I knew the job was not easy but Allen made sure the job was done right. He noticed some work that HE was not pleased with and continued to work until he was satisfied with the work. He replaced 50+ year old bath and show faucets in two bathrooms. If i need more plumbing work i would NOT hesitate to contact Allen. Awesome Guy. Take it from me I'm an awesome guy.

Have just finished converting our back garage into a full guest house. Al was incredible, professional, reliable and timely. He quoted me the exact price that the job came out to be, even made small purchases on his on dime to make sure the job was done perfectly. Great service! Allen was punctual and very helpful. He explained the problems we had in our drain and toilet and gave us options for repair. We'll definitely use their service again.
