Quick Quality Rooter is the one to call with any plumbing issue. Amazing service!!! Efficient, kind and honest. We called with a major plumbing emergency at our commercial site and Alan was here quickly and worked incredibly fast to get the issue resolved as to not disturb our customers. Quick Quality will be the only plumber we call from now on.

Alan was very conscientious about installing an earthquake shutoff valve at our gas meter. A city inspector, when approving the installation of our new roof, noticed we did not have a shutoff valve and made installing one a requirement for a final approval. Alan installed the valve and seeing that the meter was so close to the house explained that the valve would not need the special bracket normally required. Of course, our by-the-letter-of-the-law inspector made an issue of having the ""proper"" bracket. Alan quickly came back and modified the factory bracket so that it would fit. Alan was always quick to return calls and timely in his appointments.

We got new washers and dryer and I am very out of the loop when it comes to these things so I called the Plummer to figure out where to start on booking these things up.


Not only did he come by to give me an inspection on the parts I would need, he made sure my machines were on the up n up, I text him while I was at Home Depot to be sure I got the correct parts which he immediately got back to me with precise details on parts.

I was on a tight schedule and he somehow and graciously fit me into it. He stopped by, quickly fixed up my machines, had me run a load to watch for leaks, clipped my dryer hose so it fit properly in my unit, and honestly was super hospitable and never made me feel like an idiot for being girl with zero knowledge in these things :)

Definitely made my day!!!

Small deal to some, huge deal to my roommate and I.

Allen was very polite, quick, and professional. I had to get the toilet pump replaced because it made funny noises. I called Q and Q up and they were able to set up an appointment the next morning.

Before Allen arrived, he gave a call to tell me he's coming. I showed him the problem, he saw it, and fixed it - simple.

It ended up costing 150.00 including parts and labor. I forgot to do this, but be sure to mention Yelp to get a discount. Allen said that for small jobs it knocks off ten, fifteen dollars and I think for large jobs, ten percent.

And there's a six month warranty.

While I am always leery of 5 star reviews I have to admit these guys delivered as promised. The pain that comes when a simple clogged drain turns into excavation and installation of new cleanup valves was easier to process because Allen and his guys were patient with me and explained each step before proceeding. It was expensive and frustrating because it was unexpected and over a 100 degrees outside but the QQR guys dug up the problem, cleared out the years and years of roots and installed a new 4 inch clean out valve. They got us through this ordeal and were meticulous in their cleanup and removal of debris. This is the first time I have ever offered that fifth star.

Disaster of backed up drain flooding the floor. On a Sunday, of course. Nobody was available, until I spoke with Allen. He came within a couple of hours, exactly when he said. His work was thorough and he is a nice guy. Definitely would recommend them.
