I started my plumbing venture following my tenure at a reputable firm known as RDS Plumbing And Sewer. I spent many years there, learning from my best friend, who was also my boss and a master plumber. He instilled in me the importance of helping others, seeking solutions, and having a good attitude. This belief inspires my commitment to helping our community. I was fortunate to learn from the best, such as RDS, but he sadly passed away on July 9, 2017. I’m here to assist anyone with their plumbing needs and honor the legacy we shared for our love of plumbing.

Grace T.A friend had used RDS/SDR (can someone clear up the name confusion pls?) several times and was pleased with them so, despite the lack of many reviews, I gave them a call. Ramon was very pleasant on the phone, made an appointment to come that same day.
He was punctual and even called before coming to confirm the address. He was pretty thorough in explaining the various potential causes of the kitchen faucet leak. He even offered to fix it for free if it just required popping the handle off and tweaking xxxyyyzzz (sorry he lost me on the details). Unfortunately, that wasn't the root of the problem so he gave a quote to replace the faucet, if that was necessary. His quote ($200)was among the lowest of the 3 I got. And he gave lots of useful suggestions on what kind of faucet to buy.
In the end, my husband fixed it that very night (the idea of spending that much on a new faucet when ours was just 3 yrs old shocked him into action). But if I did have to call a plumber, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ramon.
m j.I have been using the RDS / SDR services for quite a while now and they are always incredible to work with on any problem I may have. This last time - it was Halloween night - and my shower was backing up. and, I was having guests that week. Ramon made a point to get out to the house and cleared the shower as well as the main lines. He is always pleasant and makes a point to ensure everything is working well before he leaves. I am a long time client, a big fan and recommend them highly.
