I would like to recommend SDROOTER247.com for any plumbing needs. I don't really ever do these review statements very often but my experience with the manager, Jesse was great! We had a water heater go out and needed a hot shower, a co-worker had used him and recommended him highly, he agreed to stop by on his way home and give us a quote. He really sold us on his knowledge and he ended up staying and doing the repairs and I got that hot shower! Great guy, easy going family man! He is our go-too guy, call him!

Had a small leak on my kitchen sink's faucet. I also needed an entire faucet replacement. Jesse was quick, polite, and got the job done. Expensive, but I guess showing up to my minor emergency only 2 hours after I called for help was pretty cool.

Claims flat rate charges me double, snakes a drain I don't ask for, charges me for the 1 that was clogged but was not successful; said he ran it 10', so I had to hire someone else the next day who got it unclogged at 4'. Not the level of integrity I prefer in a professional service. He did fix a p-trap although I was not allowed to buy it when I asked so presumably he up-charged me for that as well. Don't believe his BS.

We had a backed up kitchen sink. After having a couple of other estimates which offered pipe relining instead of new pipes, as well as wanting to rip open one of our kitchen walls & our inside flooring, we decided to get one more estimate.

Jesse was able to give us a reasonable estimate for new pipes. He started right away and was finished when he said he would be. He also had good recommendations for how to avoid damage to our newly remodeled home.

This was our second time using Jesse's services. A few years ago our toilet was backed up on New Years Eve. He was able to come out quickly then as well. He replaced our pipes from the house to the main sewer line.

Jesse is reliable and does quality work, I appreciate how well he communicated with us as well.

I want to give another shout out to Jesse. I have done a review for my own property and now he just helped me in a situation where I am renting. My landlord may be the most confrontational person I have ever met when it comes to services and Jesse, out of a favor, worked with him. Not only was he extremely patient (and I mean extremely) he also got the job done. I don't even bother getting secondary quotes with Jesse as he is not only a true professional but a fantastic plumber. Will give him my business no matter what plumbing incident comes my way.
