Jesse was prompt, highlighted what needed to be done and pointed out a couple of things I hadn't been aware of. Also, he didn't just try to get me to replace everything with something new, but rather he listened to what I wanted to accomplish and helped me to do accomplish it if it was possible which it was. He charged exactly what he quoted and he took care of my problem on the spot even though he had to go to 2 suppliers to find an unusual part my unit needed. Highly recommend.

Jesse was kind and professional on the phone, responsive on text, and kept us updated on his arrival time. He came out and provided a free estimate on a loud circulation pump. We appreciated that he was thorough in his assessment and didn't try to quote us ridiculous prices to replace everything when it wasn't needed (note that a competitor plumbing company did just that). Full disclosure, I didn't do a full cost comparison based on the final work, but the initial estimate was competitive with the others I received and the service was excellent.

Jesse responded promptly to my request and scheduled a complimentary, in-person, same-day evaluation. When we spoke on the phone he also (correctly) suggested alternate root causes, e.g. pipe blockage, to what I initially thought was a slab leak. Our conversation gave me confidence in his ability and hope that the problem was potentially less dire than I thought.

Jesse and his associate arrived promptly as planned. He provided a detailed estimate and completed the work in a timely manner. It was after 5 PM, but the estimate was not increased and the work was thorough and not rushed.

Jesse is personable and professional. He answered all of my questions, shared the process as it unfolded and provided me with a video to share with my HOA and insurance.

I highly recommend Jesse and will use him for the required repair work.

So, got a quote after sending pictures. He made it seem like it was no big deal, and would only charge $99. So, I had to take the day off to wait....and wait...then I texted to see when he was coming...no response. I lost a full day's pay just sitting home waiting for him to show or at least tell me he wasn't coming. What a waste!!!! Small claims court, here I come!

From start to end they were quick and responsive to our leak underground, polite at the office and even nicer in person, made sure our house had water and cleaned the area for us, they came the next day and did the repairs like nothing happened. The price was surprisingly fair and left us happy with the service. We're happy we found someone we can trust

This guys installed me a use water heater 2019 instead of 2022. I had a new plumber came in here and found out the issue.. this guy scammer beware dont go with this guy.

This team came in and took care of a slow draining toilet problem I had. Other plumbers were quoting me $1000 just to replace a toilet, Sd Rooter Co did it for less. On top of that a root problem was discovered this was going to be a more expensive fix I didn't have the extra money they let me know they would do what they can do and by the end result I was majorly impressed. 5 stars would recommend

Jesse was great!! He was very responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. We needed to replace our water regulator. When the price was a little higher than we hoped, he offered to replace our busted hose nozzle for free! We hope to never need a plumber again, but if we do, we will call Jesse for sure.
