Charged us for nearly $5000. Don't ever give them access to your credit card either. Last time here plumber in stalled toilet MUCH too big for our half bath. The back of toilet is 4 to 5 inches away from wall. Then the front of the bowl is only 17 to 18 in away from the opposite wall. This is not code in Indiana. Didn't even caulk around toilets base. Was told plumber would be back to change out. After 2 and a half months and not hearing back from Scroggins Plumbing and leaving several messages. Their phone then wouldn't even pick up, just clicked and hung up. Had a tankless water heater serviced but after 3,000 dollars we could have nearly paid for a new unit. They also tacked on a extra $500 days after they already billed us $1500. Where did that come from after the fact. Never gave us any paperwork, nor emailed any work details and receipts. Stay away from crocked.

First guy did not know what the problem was so he called for help. Then they just wanted to replace the whole pipe after they realized they were getting no where. Then gave them another chance. Worker had to phone owner and No return call. Waited a hour. No return call. Then when we called the office phone the next day and they wanted to charge another fee to come out. We just would like a company to come and know what they are doing. And please return your workers phone call. Just not good for the employee waited over a hour and has to come tell us he did not get a call back. Bad buisness.

Very expensive compared to other plumbers I have worked with. They did squeeze me in before Thanksgiving so that is much appreciated but cost was about 3 times as others. Very nice people but can't get over the cost.
