Called for service on a broken pipe late Saturday afternoon and Scotty answered the phone. No call service or answering machine but the owner himself. Came out early on Sunday, fixed the problem. Excellent service and meticulous clean up of site!

Scotty ""repaired"" a leak in my upstairs shower. He apparently didn't connect the pipes well, because when I took a shower once it was dry, all the water leaked into the downstairs bathroom, causing the ceiling to come down, along with water leaking down the wallpapered walls. He brought in another person to assist in fixing this, and while he didn't charge me for his time (rightfully so!), I was charged for the other person's work, to repair a problem Scotty caused! He even called me with a harassing tone, when I hadn't paid the other person. (I subsequently have.) The problem that Scotty caused has now cost me over $3,000. (I've used other people, NOT SCOTTY!). STAY AWAY FROM SCOTTY""S PLUMBING & HEATING!!!
