I had an urgent repair necessary on my bathtub. I called several companies couldn't get anyone to come out on same day notice. Scottys sent a plumber named Joe out within the hour. Joe ended up having to replace the trap underneath the house because of a mistake I had made and let some glaze material down the drain Joe was a real pro and fixed the problem quickly highly recommended this company

We weren't sure what we were going to get being that it was late on a holiday weekend. But after many unanswered calls to supposed 24/7 companies, Scotty's picked up and was able to be at our cabin within an hour. Joe arrived with a pleasant attitude despite the hour of our emergency call and fixed our leak that would have otherwise left us stranded without water for the remainder of the weekend. We plan on using Scotty's again for future routine maintenance and are also so happy that we have found ""our plumber"" up the mountain!

Upon discovering that mice had eaten the power cord to my cabin wall heater, I called the company that installed the heater in 2008. First of all, I had to negotiate their woefully inefficient communications system. Once I got the ear of a human being, I was told that they would come out, diagnose the system and give me an estimate! I told them that I didn't have a system, I had a ""WALL HEATER"" and all it needs is a new power cord. Still being given the run around I decided to Call Scotty's. The Owner returned my call on his cell phone. He understood immediately that all I wanted and needed was someone to install a new power cord! Since I am getting older, I couldn't really install it myself (Can't see what I am doing and it's really painful to be lying on the floor trying to complete such a task!) Joe came out, I handed him the power cord that Scotty recommended I buy at Butcher's Block Hardware Store and the job was completed in a few minutes, including a brief test of the heater and fan! Sure I had to pay a reasonable service/response charge, but it was better than the couple of hundred bucks I was quoted by the other folks! Thanks Scotty's.

Quick service.
Friendly guy Joe arrived with a mask cover. Immediately identified the problem with the toilet. Repaired it.
In addition he replaced a faulty trap under the sink that I had him look at.

Scotty's plumbing and heating is the only company I'll use! Joe has come out and helped us in a pinch many times(typically always in the middle of a snow storm). He's professional and very knowledgeable with every problem he's come up against. It's also very easy to see that he cares about us and wants to help resolve our broken pipes, water heaters, ext.... Thank you Scotty's and thank you Joe for all of your great work!!

Our heater quit working and the house grew cold. I called Scotty's and I went to work leaving my wife to greet him. After totally messing up our programed thermostat, Scotty found a bad part in the heater. It needed to be replaced, and luckily he had one on his truck. So in it went and the heater worked fine.
He told my wife that the repair was $245 so she wrote a check and asked for a receipt for our records.
""Wait. Don't make it out to me or Scotty's but make it out to xxxx (somebody else).""
Odd, but ok.
She again asked for a receipt and he said he'd drop it in our mailbox tomorrow.
???
It didn't show up. I called him the next evening and he said he would drop it in our mailbox tomorrow.
Nope.
So we never found out what part he put in or what his labor rate was to justify the $245. Bottom line is he fixed it but we have no receipt and no warm fuzzy about the transaction. We won't be using him again.

This is the second time that I have used Scotty's Plumbing, and can I just say unbelievable service!!!
Both times he has come out within minutes of my call...

I don't live in the town, but have a cabin up there and it is so important to me to have good, quality people that I can rely on and do competent work! Additionally, his demeanor is professional and so kind!

I will definitely be using Scotty Plumbing for my ""go to"" service when I need plumbing... And I highly recommend him to anyone else who values exceptional customer service!
