I ran into Corey in my alley during my remodel a couple years ago, he had a sink in his hands so I commented that we both must be remodeling. He mentioned he was a plumber on the job so I jumped on it (not him, haha....well almost, as I was desperate for help) and immediately recruited him to my kitchen to ask about my dishwasher install. He was so nice, given that we just met in an alley and I kinda didn't give him a choice to say no, and said he'd help me out once he was done with the job he was on. And he actually did come back with correct pipe attachments and he totally hooked me up. The dishwasher didn't fit securely in its cubby hole so he drilled it in on the sides, an extra he probably didn't have to do but like the reviews state, he is thorough and goes above & beyond for his customers. I wish I had an excuse to bring him back but I've had no plumbing issues since then, so instead I just recommended him to a friend, who I know will be happy with the service.

Does not answer phone calls. Does not return calls. This is always a warning flag. If you cannot get hold of them it certainly goes bad for support after the fact...which would indicate ""No Support""

Corey, from Scotty's Plumbing is the LAST, GREAT, HONEST PLUMBER left on earth. He is prompt, courteous, calls to let you know when he is on the way, respectful! Seriously, this young man is actually highly intelligent, well spoken, calm, clean, well-prepared and takes his time to fully explain the problem with my main line. AND he didn't rip me off, thank goodness! He only charged me $200 for putting a scope down the line and to record it on a disc (most others charge over $250) so that I could give it to the city. I had consulted with two other outfits due to their supposed good Yelp reviews, ( they must have been fake) and Prodigy wanted to charge me $3,600 to dig up what was the city's line ( without getting a permit) and the 2nd guy, Mike from Bigos Plumbing, wanted to charge me $3,200 to dig up the entire line under the house AND the city side, and told me that he was ""doing me a favor"" because you told me that you are not working right now.
Corey showed me that there was nothing wrong with my main line!! Thank god I found an honest man! I would have had to borrow the money to be able to do unneeded work! Corey told me that due to settling (my house was built in 1932), and that the city had used a smaller pipe diameter, that this was the real reason that my guest toilet was occasionally backing up. I am shocked that the first two outfits I consulted with were willing to rip me off for such an astounding amount and for something that didn't even need to be done!
Whatever you do, CALL COREY!!!!

Corey is amazing.

A contractor cut our gas line during a renovation and never told us. When we finished inspections and turned on the gas there was a massive gas leak.

I got lucky enough to find Corey and have him come out. Together we found the gas leak (which was completely hidden inside a wall) and Corey fixed it without destroying the newly renovated house.

Corey is responsible, intelligent, and pleasant.

I will never use another plumber if I don't have to.

So, we just moved in our house and I was pretty bummed when we had plumbing issues not long after. I dreaded calling a plumber because I'm always worried about getting taken advantage of.

I reviewed three plumbers on Yelp (including hidden reviews). I called all three for quotes. Corey's quote came back cheapest and he could be over to help us the quickest. Win/win!!!

He was over within an hour, found the clean out, fixed our problem and we were good to go! I will def be recommending Corey to all my peeps and will call him again. So stoked!

I called Scotty's Family Plumbing when I had an big plumbing issue last week. Corey came out to give me a bid and was very thorough, professional and knowledgeable and even drew up a schematic of the plumbing under my house. Corey and team got the job done in less than two days and now everything is working perfectly. Further, they were neat and clean and totally reassembled the areas of the deck that they had to remove. I would definitely recommend Scotty's and plan to use them as my go-to plumber.
