These guys are great! We've had to use them twice and Corey has been prompt, (the first time exactly on time and early the second time), professional, explains everything thoroughly, and the price has always been fair and less than the ""famous"" guys who nickle and dime you for every little thing. If you don't have a brother or uncle who's a plumber you can call them, and you'll be PLEASANTLY suprised. These guys are the real deal, a family owned business and they know their stuff.

I hired Scotty's Family Plumbing because of all the excellent reviews. I have to say, ALL of the reviews were correct. Corey came out, he's young but very knowledgeable, fair, calm, pleasant and NO Plumbers crack. My shower had stopped draining, sink was slow and shower head was leaking. He didn't charge me to clean the sink and gave me all the prices before he worked. I will recommend them to anyone needing a plumber, it's comforting there is a business that still customer friendly.

We needed someone to urgently fix a dripping leak from the city's water meter to our home. After reading the reviews here and calling a couple of plumbers, Corey's willingness to come by the same evening and provide a free estimate was appreciated. I found Scotty's Family Plumbing on Yelp today, I called Corey, he advised me he could meet me at my house this afternoon and would call me when he was in route. Corey arrived on time, found my plumbing nitemare right away, and had my leak fixed in a couple of hours. Corey was great to deal with, the price was fare and I would recommend this company to anyone who needs work done on their home. I have programmed the phone number in my phone for future needs. Wow - what great service! And VERY reasonable cost considering the work that had to be done.

Corey came out the same day I called for service to fix a toilet leak. Tried to repair it but the gasket was shot and couldn't be replaced, so he got me a new toilet instead. Didn't charge for the labor or parts used on the original repair since it didn't work, nor was there an extra charge for him to go buy the toilet and bring it to my home. Not only that, but no mark-up on the toilet; he showed me the receipt from the store. He was very clean and polite, and even fixed the lopsided toilet seat installation that Gorsuch had done in our other bathroom. I will definitely call them again when I need work done.

Fast, professional, and courteous. Corey was very personable. He took time to ask questions before he started. He let us know what he was doing. And took care of the blockage in our tub in no time at all for the price he said up front. He even left our tub smelling clean and fresh.

He worked on our property for about 2 weeks, fixing up a foreclosure we had purchased. He installed a vintage cast iron tub, moved a water heater outside, recessed our washer/ dryer hookups, moved a gas line in the kitchen, and replaced miscellaneous galvanized pipe remnants as he found them. He was always neat and professional and incredibly nice, and explained everything clearly.

Shortly after we moved in, our mainline started to back up, so we called him and he was out in hours, provided a temporary fix, then a long term solution that fit our budget, and completed the work quickly and cleanly.

One morning I woke up to a bathtub faucet that would not stop running. I didn't want to call one of those big plumbing companies again, and another place (also highly rated on Yelp) was booked. I called Scotty's next, and Corey came promptly and took care of the emergency. He also replaced old pipe valves and hoses and took care of slow drains. Months later, everything works great. I hope I don't have another plumbing issue anytime soon (NOOO)... but if I do, I'll call Scotty's.

Like all the previous reviewers, we had a GREAT experience with Corey from Scotty's Plumbing. He showed up when he said he would, gave us a very reasonable quote and then did the work efficiently. Corey was nice to have around. Don't call anyone else!

Called Scotty's plumbing to fix the dripping underneath my kitchen sink. Made an appointment for Corey to come in and have a look see. He said that their is no charge for the visit. The leak was pinpointed from a line connented to the kitchen faucet and would need to be replaced. We went to Home Depot and had me pick out a new faucet which Corey installed. Took only about 2 hours all in all. Price was reasonable and I was happy with the work.
