I found SFp on Yelp in 2016 when I bought my house in Long Beach. Corey has been our plumber for the past 5 years and has fixed all sorts of things in my 1961 house. He's the best. Quick, efficient, fair, and incredibly trustworthy. On top of all that, his work is meticulous. Can't recommend enough and sorry it took me this long to write this review!

One of the bathroom sink drain pipes broke off (old age), and a plumber we had used for years had moved and no longer available. Looked at several in the area and call Corey at Scotty's Family Plumbing upon the recommendation of a friend. Corey called back within two hours and was able to have his associate, Mike, come by before noon. I had not expected to have someone out that day. Mike was great! He was able to replace the drain pipe section involved and tie it into the wall without the need to open the wall. Job done expeditiously, cleanly and at (what I felt to be) a reasonable price. Thanks!

I generally prefer to give my business to the small and local vendors, other than the big box shops.
I talked with several plumbing companies around town and even though some were higher rated and some even slightly more affordable, I chose to go with these guys.

First off I appreciate integrity, after a brief consultation I had a hunch that I could trust them.
Eventually I wasn't wrong. Came out punctually and completed the project as discussed within the agreed price range.

This is our 3rd time having Corey come over to help with multiple issues, including putting a stopper in the sink and changing the shower faucet. He even adjusted the water flow in a toilet without hesitation, and at no additional cost to us! While here, Corey was willing to speak with the rep of a company that I am hoping to buy a whole-house water conditioning system, from. Of course, Corey would be helping us install it too! He and his colleague are professional, patient and courteous. I can't recommend Corey and his team enough!

Scotty's Family Plumbing was recommended by a neighbor and friend for clogged drain lines which we were experiencing. I left a message and Corey called back very quickly. He arranged to do a house call that afternoon, and arrived on time. Corey was personable and professional, working quickly and cleaning up after himself. He suggested, and I agreed that using a scope to inspect the condition of the drain line would be useful. It provided information that will be helpful in the future, when plumbing issues arise. Highly recommend Scotty's Plumbing. Called this morning regarding a leak in my garbage disposal. Scotty and his son came early afternoon.
