I called Corrie on Sunday afternoon about a kitchen faucet problem. It was not an emergency and I was not (then) a regular customer but he said he would try to be here Monday. Monday morning here he was. The part I needed for the faucet was an odd one. Corrie went in search of a replacement part and determined it needed to be ordered. I was curious so he explained how the faucet worked and how to reassemble it. Then he suggested I could save some money reassembling it myself. Wow!

Corrie could have charged for every minute he spent looking into the problem here, into town and back for the part, and for coming back to reassemble the faucet. He did not. This is one honest gentleman.

I said I was not (then) a regular customer. I am now. Plan to call Corrie soon to deal with a water heater, toilet and some other things that need doing. I can't imagine a better experience than I had with Scotts Valley Plumbing Contractor. Bravo Corrie!!

I called Corey with leaking kitchen faucet. We scheduled a Saturday morning appointment. He was on time to the minute. He promptly installed a new faucet, that works perfectly. No leaks, no drips. He completely cleaned up and was gone in 1 hour. I highly recommend his work and professionalism. He is great.

Corey is a good dude! I had a home warranty water install job that most plumbers would not want to deal with but not Corey.....he made the call to Home Guard, got the authorization for the job and slapped in that AO Smith heater all in the same day!! He also went out of his way to install unions instead of the cheaper way out (couplings) for future installs and made sure my fixtures were all clear on startup.....bottom line is this, Scotts Valley Plumbing is the BOMB!!!!!
