Completely inebriated, unable to communicate effectively. Unable to balance while standing, I mean i seriously thought this was a joke when he showed up. While working on the The hot water heater that he installed less than one year ago, he was all flustered because he couldn't figure out what was wrong. Took it apart and said it was a faulty valve. Comes the next day and finds another issue with soot. Starts cleaning it and says i have to go. Said he'd return early next day to clean up the mess and change the valve. Shows up late, puts in valve, still doesn't work. Says it's a manufacturer's issue and fir me to contact them. Literally stumbles away, backs out of my driveway and knocks down my garbage pails. And the icing in the cake was he left pressure relief valve open on tank and I ended up with a slight flood throughout my basement!!!!
Yelp needs to allow negative stars...this guy deserves it! STAY AWAY

Scott came to my house on an emergency call, my hot water tank was down and came to give me an estimate to replace it, while he was there he asked me if I wanted hot water I said sure. He told me all was complete and I had hot water that was at 12:30 in tHe afternoon I went down stairs to check and make sure everything was ok at about 9:45 when I discovered the pipe he cut too give hot water was never capped and poured water into my basement for 9 hours.. I called him a dozen time with ZERO answer. His son finally called me back and came and when he saw what his father did "" this was a rookie mistake he never capped the line he cut, I can't wait to make fun of him"" with all that being said he proceeded to fight me and tell the insurance company he didn't do it??STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM SCCOTT AND HIS COMPANY??

I was ghosted. The job was to re-pipe two outdoor frost free hose bibs, and remove a useless pressure reducer on the main service line. First appointment to look at my project was missed by Scott with great apologies on his part. He came, with his son the next week, and looked at the job and said he could do the job the following Thursday or Friday. Great, let's do it, I say. Since then, I have not had any communication with Scott. So after 2 months of nothing, I now am in a search for another plumbing service. Man of his word? No... (sigh)

AMAZING PLUMBING EXPERIENCE. I don't know the reviewer below who gave one star, and am so glad that I did not let it sway me. That absolutely had to be a one time thing. I've bene working with Scotts plumbing for a year and a half now and have had nothing but solid, positive helpful & communicative teams at my home. My first encounter with these guys was with the owner, who gave me a free rundown of the jobs that ""NEEDED to be done"" and the ""nice to have"" jobs to do in my home (we had just purchased). These guys never pressured me to do any of the ""nice to haves"", but, whenever they were able to set up for one while working in an area they just did it for me, they even emptied my dangerously full dryer vent saving my home from fire. These guys are always availible for me at the drop of a dime. I've had a few pipe bursting /emergency scenarios that I could not physically be there for right away (because its not a primary home for me) and these guys went out to my home and managed the situation in a professional and fast way. I've used them for everything from gas work, to plumbing repairs, bathroom renovation etc. I promise you, they always have their clients best interest in mind. They see clients as people/humans, they work with compassion and pride. Their work is really well executed, and they stand behind it. You wont regret using them.

Awful experience. I gave one star because I have to. Owner's son came out to give an estimate on Friday. $250- $300 was the estimate. I had received 2 additional estimates within $50. He could come earlier so we went with him. The son comes out to do the work and then hands the bill over for $490. When we complained, he states he has to cut through foam insulation which he knew was there when he gave the estimate. My husband gave him a check and I called to complain. I received a call back from the owner stating that he would make things right and give me a refund but that I should call him the next morning. I called him at 9am and he states that we approved the amount before the work was started, which is not true. This company says one thing and does another.
