Worst plumbing service in the area, charged me 250.00 before even showing up, then said they don't work on toilets, tried to scam me into an upcharge saying I need airblowout for 1,700 then left. Called a different company to snake the line which is all was needed and the problem was fixed, this company will scam you.

I am a single woman. I had a pipe that was spurting water close to the hose bib where a rubber hose had come loose. Pretty simple fix? I was charged a $295 diagnosis fee (not to be credited to any work done) and given an estimate of $1765.65 for the repair. I am not kidding. I am also not stupid. This guy - it was actually the owner, Scott - was trying to take advantage of me, a woman, and the situation. No one wants water spurting out of any pipe uncontrollably. I got another plumber out who fixed it for $213.00. I wouldn't trust this man or anyone that worked for him!

We've had Scott's Plumbing out to do two large projects and were very pleased to have the owner of the company completing the work. He stayed late and finished so that the remaining finish work could be done after a nasty water leak from frozen pipes required a total interior rebuild. He has been easy to communicate with and is always very responsive. I would definitely hire him again. Plumbing is a dirty job and to have a professional like Scott's Plumbing on the job is worth every penny!

I had a leak in my laundry room from the ceiling. It was caused by the tub upstairs. I called Soctt's Plumbing. He had one of his guys come out. He looked at it, ended up getting some parts and replacing the tub spout. I was charged $500. I do not think this was fair. He had already done the work so there was really nothing I could do at this point. The leak got worse. I called someone else who actually came to fix the actual problem. It was a sharkbite part in the wall. He had to tear through the wall to find the issue. After tearing through the wall and replacing pipes and parts, He only charged me $200. I believe I was ripped off by Scott. I have emailed him and have received no response. Poor customer service. Give me my money back!

Replacement of a garbage disposal & quote on replacing a water heater.

I would not use this company again. I was charged $200 for a ""diagnostic fee"" because of the time spent trying to overcharge my home owner insurance. I was bill $886 for garbage disposal and the fee. Think about that. On top of this the work was shoddy. I complained to Scott and he had to come out and reinstall correctly. I told him that I was not happy with his company or the work. Not Recommended

I chose Scott's Plumbing based on the rave reviews he received on YELP. There was only one negative review at the time which he refuted. I called him out to my house for a leak under the kitchen sink. He stated that he could not fix the leak without replacing the sink drain. That procedure cost me $195. I made a HUGE mistake not asking the price of a service call but his website says he is the cheapest plumber in the area. His call fee was $175 plus $20 for drain and install. He, then, ""discovered"" that I needed a new kitchen faucet. He made an appt. to return. He said he would buy a quality faucet for which me charged me around $400 plus the $175 service fee. Total was $585. He said anything you buy at Home Depot or Amazon was not the quality of what he provided. He spent a great deal of his time talking to my friend and I as he worked. When he said he was finished installing the faucet, he went to his truck to get my bill. That is when I noticed he had not installed the cover plate under the faucet to hide additional faucet holes that were cut into the sink when manufactured. He was shocked that he had made this mistake and worked VERY quickly to make the repairs. However, in his haste, he did not re-cut longer hoses that go to the HOT and COLD water. Longer hoses were needed because of the extra height on the faucet with cover plate. Instead he used the short hoses he originally cut..............and now HOT is COLD and COLD is HOT. I would NEVER hire this man again!! I don't think there was anything wrong with my old faucet that it needed to be replaced immediately. He did not leave any type of warranty for the faucet so I phoned him and it was like pulling teeth to get the faucet ID numbers from him. I, then, looked up that item on Amazon. The man was a liar above all else. I could get the SAME faucet from Amazon for the same price he charged. He had said he was giving me a
""reduced price"" because this faucet was worth so much more!! He had purchased it through a local plumbing supply. As I said, I had a friend here who heard his every word. I think all of his ""rave reviews"" were written by friends who never really had him do any work for them. For all the mistakes he made he should have, at least, apologized. Instead, he told me that I was lucky he hadn't already left my house when I discovered the cover plate missing because he would have had to charge me another service call to come back!! Trust me, he was NOT joking!!

Scott installed a brand new system in my basement for a new addition Bathroom and Bar. He was very knowledgeable and offered options as the work went on. He had a lot of challenges, but handled each one to my satisfaction. Not only did he show up when he said he would, he also came on a moments notice to help with other unexpected jobs. The project price came in at the amount he quoted. Like with the last review, he even did a couple of small things for free along the way. His attention to detail and understanding of products makes me feel good about the hardware that was selected for each job. As a new home owner in the area, I know I have found the right plumber for me. If I need anything I will call him again. His staff was also great! You ROCK Scott!!

Scott did about 11k in plumbing for me in installing a brand new system in my basement for a new addition bathroom. Scott is the MAN!!! Great with communication, showing up when he says he will, doing amazing work, and the project came in at the exact price he quoted, with him even doing a couple of small things for free along the way. He has a great vision and insight and doesn't overlook a single detail. As a first time home owner, I love knowing I have a trusty reliable plumber to help me with the plumbing needs of owning a home.
