Scott came to install a new dishwasher I had purchased and recommended to keep the old drain hose. I downloaded the manual and tried to use the unit but it stopped after a few minutes. So I called the manufacturer customer service number and they sent a technician to see if it was the unit (under warranty). He said not to keep the old hose as it kinked and was not correct for THIS dishwasher. He also checked for a plug in the garbage disposal (comes that way new which I did not know). He took the plug out and now it works great! I now recommend staying with PROFESSIONAL installation of new appliances and not a Handyman. Asked for a partial refund and Scott said ""No"". But he demanded full payment immediately with his 'handy' credit card scanner and tablet.

Not very happy. I was quoted 190 for two outlets, and at the end I ended up with one outlet and paying 280 (80 dollars for a tool to cut thru wood). The wood was mangled ten inches above and a couple inches below the outlet! I wish I could post a picture of the end result. Scott left the job and was gone for awhile, while his worker hacked at the studs. It only took 2 1/2 hours for one outlet and to coil wires in ceiling! To top it off the outlet wasn't flush with the wall or level! Work didn't look professional at all. Will not have back in home.

Scott is wonderful he shows up on time and walks you through all the repairs needed then HE FIXED our ""self install"" of the Nest system that did not go well. We are now enjoying the ease of use for our Nest and of course we love the air conditioning that the repair has provided. Scott knows what he's doing and works very hard to be your ""go-to"" electrician which he has become for us.
