They were very prompt in responding to my calls and able to fit us in to their schedule very quickly even though it wasn't an emergency. What was thought to be a simple installation of a new garbage disposal was discovered to be a bit more complicated. After going over with us in detail about what was wrong with the previous installation, we decided to have Jason reroute some of the drains under the sink. The result has been fabulous. All sinks and the new garbage disposal are working perfectly, and my wife is delighted with the positioning of the new on and off switch. I would recommend Scottie's Plumbing to anyone in Fairbanks or vicinity who has a plumbing need.

I don't even know where to begin to express how grateful we are to the crew at Scottie's Plumbing. Beyond their love of dogs their customer service skills impress me every time. If I call and leave a message I will get a return call within five minutes. They are so helpful that they will walk us thru something over the phone and don't need to make the service call and charge me for something I could do. I don't know much about plumbing but Jason listens to me as I try & describe what I think is happening. My husband and I are new to Alaska and the plumbing is a bit different than in California. They are just so helpful, thorough and knowledgeable I couldn't imagine going to anyone else for our plumbing needs. Thanks Jason and your amazing team for everything!
