Uh Oh Better Not Call Scottco! If you want someone to show up anyway. Set up appointment was told could be here sometime around 2 'o'clock around 3 o'clock called and was assured they would be here still no show no courtesy call. After two more calls to the office and was assured they would be here we gave up around 7 'clock . Boo!

Everyone else was busy. I should have called these guys first. They were professional and did an excellent job of fixing my uh-oh! On the plus side this is now my go to for my plumbing needs in Amarillo. I'm impressed.

We used them to replace a chandelier on a 30 foot ceiling. Matt worked all day building scaffolding after their scissor lift wouldn't fit through the door. Quality work and solid work ethic replacing it. Would use again.

AC went out on Father's Day afternoon. Called Scottco Monday morning. Manolo came out that morning. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He had the problem diagnosed quickly. Bad capacitor. Removed and replaced on the spot. We are up and running again. Cost was 500.00. But we paid for his experience and knowledge so well worth it when it's something I could do myself. Thanks Scottco!!

I thought Scottco was a good company to work with when I first moved to Amarillo but I've since decided they are not. I found out today they had removed me from their club without letting me know. When I called for service they said they had to refer me to the Accounting department about my account but didn't give me clear information about what it was about. I don't owe them money. Their service director Marty was very rude to me and talked down to me when I had a dispute about a sewer installation bill. Overall, I would advise staying away from them. Their management does not have good practices if they treat customers the way they treated me.

If you have hundreds of dollars to throw away, then call Scottco. I was told that I would be charged mileage, but then when I questioned the bill, I was told that I was charged for time also.
I've never, seen a repair person move so slow, until the person that showed up to service my, air conditioning unit. After, I spoke to his manager, I realize why he moved so slow. Scottco, must pay their employees, by how much they can milk, out of the customers.
So, with inflation going out the roof, and if you have extra you want to throw away, then by all mean's call Scottco.
For those of us on a fixed income, my best, recommendation is to call anyone, but Scottco. This recommendation, is for my fellow brother and sister veterans and anyone on a fixed income.

WORD OF WARNING - DO NOT USE SCOTTCO.

Today Scottco came out because my air conditioner wasn't blowing cold air. The technician said I was going to need a new unit, with a price of $8,500. I called Texas Air to get a second opinion and they came out 2 hours later and looked at the unit and the problem - a blown fuse (cost under $180). I believe Scottco tried to take advantage of me because I am a woman and really have no expertise in the field. PLEASE DO NOT use Scottco, as they are a super shady business trying to take advantage of their customers, especially women!

I use to know a guy over there so I thought hey he was nice I'll call them. Called for a major sewer issue. Was told they'd call between 8 and noon on Saturday. Thanks for not calling at all.

My parents had to have their sewer line replaced. They are older and I was disappointed they didn't get more than one quote. $19K later their yard is destroyed and they have huge piles of dirt all over it that they were told should settle in a few years. I live in Colorado and had this same work done to my house. When they left they reconditioned the holes and I was able to re-sod. After seeing the aftermath of Scottco I feel like they took advantage of a couple of Seniors because they didn't want to do the job right.
