I had to have a 200 ft long water service main replaced and Scott and Phil at Scottco plumbing did an amazing job for a very reasonable price compared to other bids. Scott was very responsive and reassuring any time I had a question about the process. They got my line replaced and my water working again very quickly and in a professional manner. I will definitely be using Scottco for any future plumbing needs.

Scott is an honest plumber, so I will always call him for my future plumbing problems. He's done work here before, and was really great this time because he honestly said appliances are outside his purview, but that we would send someone out with the disclaimer that it would be expensive. Instead, he took the time to listen to what I told him I'd already done, and looked at pictures I sent him to help me troubleshoot my clogged dishwasher. By spending about 30 minutes with me on the phone, and bypassing an opportunity to get money, he has our trust for future jobs. Thanks, Scott!

Came out to bid one of my job. Ask me what other company""s bid was. Told Scott what the price was. He got extremely offended refuse to give me a bid and took off in his van lol. Makes me wonder what he pays for those good reviews and how many of them are real

I will never use another plumber, as long as Scott is saving the day in Tacoma. We've used Scott twice -- once to troubleshoot a clogged drain and most recently to replace a filing water heater. Both times Scott showed up within an hour or so, discovered the problem, gave me a quote, and returned the following day to fix the issue.

It is clear that Scott cares deeply about the quality of work he does and prides himself in doing so expediently and inexpensively. I've never once felt like I was being taken advantage of or upsold. He is always cautious about the door, knowing I have indoor cats. He's never made me feel uncomfortable. Scott shoots straight and his work is without flaw.

Can't recommend him highly enough.

Scott and helper were in and out within 5 minutes. It wasn't a plumbing issue, it's my washing machine. He didn't charge me. Nowadays, I have been charged just to have something looked at. Or am pressured for some kind of services. No charge, no pressure. Rare breed nowadays. Thank you, Scott! And the helper for giving me a phone number for an appliance repair shop.

Scott from Scottco came out and unclogged a plugged drainage pipe for me. It was causing the basement to flood and was an emergency and Scott came out and figured the problem. Scott is the man! He quoted me $350 to change my shower cartridge, he was able to clean it out and charged me $100 for his time. Plus I know how to do it for next time. Yeah, he might be a little late; just imagine that you will get that same level of service he is giving someone else. Just communicate with him, nicely, and he will be responsive. You catch flies with honey. Scott is my go-to!

Scottco was called to come check out the work of another plumber that I just couldn't trust anymore. He showed up within 5 minutes of my call and troubleshooted with my husband to get the water flowing in our bathroom. The other company wanted to charge an additional $900 to ""maybe"" fix the problem in our old home. Our water pressure is better than it was before the shotty work of the original plumber. He didn't even charge us.

I'm beyond grateful for his responsiveness and professionalism. We will be using Scottco to re-pipe our 100 year old house to get rid of galvanized steel plumbing. I'll never call another plumber!
