The BEST!! Found Scott Z Plumbing on a Facebook mom's group. Recommended by many, and there's a reason for it. Scott is honest, skilled, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. Ray and Emric were great too. Jorie is always helpful and pleasant to schedule services with. She tries her best to help you out and cares. They are fast to come out despite being busy. Scott Z Plumbing is the only company that I trust!

Complete disrespect and no customer service at all. Our conversation from the receptionist Jorie passed us off like we were just another check in the mailbox, ""I have other jobs to schedule, we don't need your business"". If this is how you want to run your business, best of luck getting any referrals when there is so much competition in the area. We called another company, came out the same day and it was 1/3 of the price.

I have used Scott 4-5 times and each time I am convinced he's the only honest plumber I've ever met.

Based on a neighborhood recommendation, I called after business hours and got a call back first thing the next day. I was told to expect a heads up when they were near me around 11am. That all happened, as promised, and Scott and his nephew were here and attending to the problem by 11am.
It is always good in my book when a service provider wants to educate the customer. My problem was a backed up double sink and dishwasher in the kitchen, with water leaking out of the dishwasher on to the floor!
He investigated the drain lines, snaked very many feet of the lines until he hit the problem. Grease. Although we have a garbage disposal we don't use it for that, and we know better than to pour grease and fat down the sink, it was longtime build up. And we like to cook! Scott put some Oxyclean down the drains flushing out the build up. And encouraged our continued use of enzyme based maintenance of our over 100 year old system in the house. He also recommended another preventative measure for us: use Angel Soft toilet paper - it disintegrates much better in water. He demonstrated.
Overall I was impressed by his knowledge, work ethic (they cleaned up after themselves) and demeanor - both were very pleasant and personable. I will be using his services in the future. I like that he is a small business owner. He has worked in the La Grange area for years and had his own business for 4 years. A true value!
