I am in the process of remodeling a home and working with Scott has been a terrible experience. He was quick to quote me the price of the tile work job via a virtual tour, but after that, the experience went downhill. After we agreed on a price and a start date, he then told me he used a special backboard for my shower walls and some other ""special"" materials which added $1100 in material costs. The tiles and grout for the project cost $875 and he added another $1100 in materials that was not discussed before the price was negotiated. When the day got closer to start he kept pushing the start date back, but he wanted to send someone to do the demo work. Scott sent someone to do the demo work, which that crew then left the materials in front of my house with the demo crew saying that Scott would pick them up. Three weeks after the demo and four promises on when Scott would start, Scott sends me a text saying that he didn't want to do the job. Scott left me without a master shower and no kitchen for 3 weeks with a pile of debris in the front of my house and then backs out. He basically left me hanging and had no remorse. Good thing I didn't pay him upfront like he requested.

Scott was great as was his associate Jacob. They showed up and worked and left everything clean for the next day. You'd never know they were there. We had the floor re-tiled and then all the grout re-done with a gray. Who knew removing grout was such hard work-glad these guys did the job for us! Very fair pricing, friendly and nice to work with
