We called for service on Sunday for slow draining tub and sink and to also have a garbage disposal installed. The tech arrived at 8am Monday, which was great! However, the tech stated that Scott Williams (owner) provided him with incorrect information about the job. The tech thought he was coming out to do a scope for a backed up sewer. He began to complain that he put a lot of jobs aside to come out and he was annoyed because he'd been doing this job longer than Scott. He also seemed to be a bit hostile toward my boyfriend, who is Indian. He asked what part of India he was from, my boyfriend replied, I'm American, he continued making comments about India, which I felt were inappropriate. I showed him the drains and we asked him for a price quote before he completed the job. He stated (in more of a question from) $125 for me to come ALL THE WAY out here. I'm not sure where he came from, but I thought it was Bethlehem which would be a 15-20 minute drive. We asked for clarification on the quote to make sure we were also getting the drains unclogged and not just paying for him to drive here. My boyfriend stated ""is that a fair price, I did have lower quotes from others"". The tech didn't skip a beat and told us to go with someone else, SLAMMED my front door and sped off. We called Scott Williams to explain what happened and he was not at all interested. No apologies whatsoever. I do not recommend this unprofessional and racist company.

Scott Williams installed a new heating unit/furnace for me 2 years ago. As installation was being completed a central air conditioning unit was suggested. The price was good and I went with it. Have had no problems since this equipment was installed. During a home inspection by the City of Allentown I was advised that gas furnaces must be serviced every 2 years. I immediately contacted Scott and within days I received a message indicating when and what time he would be there. Service is going to be today so I can't elaborate any further at this time.

These guys were great. They were just at my house to resolve a heat pump issue. They showed up with a crew of 2 and quickly dived into the problem. Any questions I had were answered in a informative way and they stayed after to ensure their work was don't correctly. Other hvac companies have been to this property with no results. They were clean and respectful in the house, and were super kind to my dog which is really cool! Would recommend these guys.

I'm posting this on behalf of my family in Whitehall, PA. Installation of my families' heating unit was unprofessional, sloppy, careless and overall shady. Technicians were completely unqualified and inept at providing such service. They were not trained properly and should not be allowed to work onsite with customer without supervision. Even the unit itself is cheap. We expressed our dissatisfaction with the unit and the service and Scott Williams the owner has been unavailable to return our call or visit our home to see the shoddy job that his technicians provided. Next step will be to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to make sure this does not happen to any other customer out there. The good news is that we haven't paid Scott Williams a dime and we don't intend to until he fixes this mess. At this point we don't even think he can fix it. Be warned!
