What a wonderful blessing to having hired Scott the plumber where I found him through on line as quickly to due stopped the water line with broken pipe & leaking under my new bathtub floor and replaced a new pipe and set up in the shower and the sink last minute and another day with the heat tape before the winter coming also saves me lot of time with the boys needs shower before went to school in the morning. He's an amazing professional plumber! Scott is a very kind really nice cares and honestly with the deal prices. I high recommend you with this Scott the plumber. He will be a very happy to help you out what you need this plumber as possible! Thank you Scott for a outstanding job! I cried in our home today after Scott, for the last time, was rude and disrespectful to me. He has worked in our home for several months. The jobs could have been done in a shorter amount of time, but he has the inability to manage his schedule. He schedules work, works for a few hours and then says he's too busy for the day to finish. This went on for a few months. He has temperament issues followed by a soft kindness and it is on repeat. He is a constant complainer of his self managed schedule and yells about how busy he is at every moment. He is unapologetic for his rudeness. He caused other contractors in my home to quit due to his demeanor. He does not clean up after himself. He tossed trash under our new tub and he left trash in our crawl space. We are writing this review, not with an angry heart, but to spare others from the pain and suffering we endured while we finished our renovations. We do not recommend. Plumbers are everywhere. Find one who actually loves their work and treats you professionally and kindly.

Scott was a huge help to us, our water had shut off and we knew it wasn't a burst pipe but couldn't figure out the issue. He responded extremely quickly and charged is a very reasonable price for coming out unlike other plumbers in the area. It turned out to be an easy fix and he took the time to show us how to fix it in the future if it happened again. Highly recommend and we will definitely use him for any future needs!

Called Scott and made an appointment for him to stop by to give us an estimate. Not only did he not show, he never called again. Very disrespectful and very unprofessional.

FIRST time using Scott and I will definitely use him again for my plumbing needs!!! I moved to the York area in August '20 and did not think I would need a plumber so soon. Two hours before the start of the Preakness I went into our basement and discovered water on the bathroom floor. After a week of rain our sump pump was no longer working and water had overflowed from the hole in the floor.
We called Scott and he promptly came to our house. He replaced the pump and our problem was solved before the race even started! We are so thankful of Scott's service and will not hesitate to call him if we need plumbing service in the future.

Called Scott to quote a back up sump pump for me. Scheduled the appointment for 6:00 PM one day the following week. 6 came and went. Called Scott at 6:30 to see if we got our wires crossed. He got short with me about how he was still working and would be over when he got done. Finally arrived a little after 7. Seemed okay at that point, and told me he'd get me a quote in a day or two. He apologized for being late and I told him that I was just glad he showed up as a couple of contractors had recently either not showed up, or failed to deliver a quote to me. He said he couldn't believe that there were guys like that out there. Not sure why he was surprised because that was the last I ever heard from Scott. No quote, just a bunch of wasted time. Look elsewhere for good service.
