need to have my bathtub drain removed. I called Scott and was told that his rate is $100/hr. He came in with stone age tools and removed drain with me looking on scared that he might break the bathtub in 20 minutes, which could have been done safely with propery tool in 3 minutes. I asked him how much do I owe him. He said $125. I then remined him that what he told me over the phone. He said $100 was ok. I then told him that he had not worked for1/2 hour yet even with all the time wated included. He said that the driving time should be counted in, which I never heard of. So I gave him $100 dollars and showed him the door.

Mr. Terry assisted my elderly mother by fixing several gas leaks in my childhood home. He was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and personable. I appreciate him and his sons working so hard and being so nice to my Mom. I highly recommend this company and will use it again.
