We believed it was our hot water heater that was going bad. We initially were dealing with Lowe's. They wanted $1300 in total and we were told it would be two weeks before they would get to us. Scott was recommended through a mutual friend and we were not disappointed. He was friendly on the phone and quoted us $795 with parts and labor to put the new tank in our house. That is an unbelievable savings compared to Lowe's. We found Scott to be extremely honest. While Scott was looking over everything he noticed that it wasn't our water tank but the pressure valve. There was no pressure to finish the the hot water tank and he left it up to us to decide. In the end, this still cost less than $1000 with a new pressure valve and hot water tank installed. Would highly recommend this honest, friendly, and efficient plumber.

Scott did a great job for us. Communicated well about the timing for the appointment, and quickly fixed our broken shower spout and leaky sink faucet. Would definitely use his services again!

I contacted Scott for a quote for issues with my bathroom (master bedroom) plumbing was coming up in the shower and tub and toilet. We tried the normal RID-X and probably another brand to no avail. called a local handy man who said his prices were cheap (don't do this) prices probably are cheap but he couldn't and didn't fix the job promised to come back and never did. I looked on yelp, read a few reviews came up with Scott Sears, I asked him for a quote he gave me a price and came out same day. Due to my error in description we had to reschedule for the next day. I need to add when I requested a quote from Scott, by default Yelp sent me quotes from 3 or 4 other plumbers. Some who gave me quotes that looked like todays date $6/22/2019, some were all over the place. What I liked about Scott was he was sure of his self/job and could quote a realistic price. I know gas and time cost money and people will have you running all around town to look, but most people want these issues resolved immediately. He didn't B.S us with the whole """"it will be $600 to come out and take a look and another $1000 to fix it. He said """"for XYZ, I charge this."""" I like that and was able to know that when he arrived I had his money Scott, was a breath of fresh air compared to my previous plumbing experience in the past when a plumber showed up to my house (which I was renting) after pricing up what he thought I could afford he judged me, and set a price based on what money he thought I had and as a female thought I would go for the ridiculous price. I don't doubt that plumbing is a hard job, and that plumbers should be paid well for their worth. Scott was able to make a connection with what I could afford and he could accept for his time, experience and equipment. Scott, told me up front that the price would be more because of the difference in the job (clogged toilet v/s clogged pipes). Despite the increase, Scotts prices were still more reasonable (affordable) than, friends, family and acquaintances quotes. Scott came Saturday afternoon and he brought out all the guns (camera) to get the job done. After reviewing my plumbing issues he determined that there was no blockage anymore and probably all the other stuff cleared it. He reinstalled our toilet with seal, gave us some TP (toilet paper) knowledge and charged us a lower fee than was quoted the second time, and kept it moving. Scott was knowledgeable, efficient, affordable, dependable and thorough. I would definitely call him if I have an issue with plumbing in the future.

Good, good service. I texted Scott on Saturday evening and would you believe, He texted me back right away with a quote. Well I was very surprised. I told him that I needed a new water heater and low and behold, he quoted me price for everything. He came and replaced the water heater, and took away the old one. He didn't try to sell me anything more. I like that. So if you need a plumber, I suggest you call/text Scott Thanks again Scott.

Scott is my plumber! After buying a home in McDonough with an unfinished basement we took on a big project. I am comfortable with most construction (electrical, drywall, flooring, etc.) tasks but I am not a plumber. I have used Scott three times already and have found him to be very responsive usually available in a day or two and his work is excellent. He is a licensed master plumber in GA and was even highly recommended by his former employer who I hired for HVAC. If you're reading this and are in need of a great plumber do not hesitate to hire Scott.
