I am selling a house and had an Open House scheduled for Saturday. On Wednesday morning I discovered the bathroom drainpipe was broken and would need to be replaced. I called Scott on Wednesday set up an appointment for first thing Thursday morning. He was very nice, explained everything and did a great job very quickly at a fair price. He even helped me get a window back in track for no extra charge. Highly recommend.

Always top-notch. Scott responds to calls quickly, is up front about everything involved and 100% professional. My go-to guy and when something goes wrong (I manage my condo association, so I deal with the whole building as well as my own space) I know I will have a solution qickly at hand. When COVID is over I hope to have him in to do some non-emergency work. Scott is the best.

Recommended by a local chimney sweep who said they use Scott Robillard. Needed repair of a burst pipe. Left a message, and was called promptly back. Scott was courteous on the phone, scheduled a time for service, and gave me a 'ballpark' estimate for anticipated work.

Kyle showed up on time for the repair. He located the pipe quickly (behind a wall), and talked me through the repair. He cleaned up nicely afterwards, and tested everything out. Before he left, he gave me suggestions for insulating the pipe area that froze. The actual cost was lower than expected.

I'm dubious about using repair professionals without a referral, and I felt reassured with Scott and Kyle. I'm happy to recommend them.

Unfortunately this review is not based on Scott's work. Rather the fact that I couldn't even get the work done. I emailed to set up a time for Scott to do an estimate. He was quick to respond and asked if he could come by that afternoon. He had about 30 free minutes and I didn't want to miss the opportunity. I took some time off work and he arrived right on time. We went through my plumbing needs, he took his time and offered several suggestions. He took about 45 minutes to go over everything. After each suggestion he would finish with ""I'll include that in my estimate.""

I never got the estimate. Even after a friendly reminder that the work we were looking to get does was not an emergency, but something we wanted to get done fairly soon. No response. Nothing.

Despite the speediness of his initial response, this was a waste of both my time and Scott's.

I used Scott for a bathroom remodel. He gave me very good advice when it came to the planning and design phase, helping me make good choices for my needs. Once work commenced he addressed issues right away and communicated them to me clearly, while providing options for various solutions to keep the project moving.

If you want an experienced crew who use best practices for long lasting quality work then give Scott a call. For quality craftsmanship and years of industry knowledge be prepared to pay a little extra, prices are fair, and Scott stands by his work, so it's well worth it.

Sadly I have to give this company a bad review. Scott helped out initially and he was a nice guy. Perhaps the bad review should go to the coworkers. They did a good job the first time around, so I called them back for a second project. This is when the problem started, or they saw an opportunity to make money. I was told that my broken faucet component could not be fixed. Instead they brought a whole new faucet combination, starting at $300 or so. Really. I just repaired it, myself, so it was fixable guys. They also commented that all appliances in my kitchen were fake versions of the real thing. A well known plumber story. Two stars, only for the first job.
