Do not use this guy, he comes across as nice at first and then will steal your money and not show up to do the job. He is a thief, liar, and fraud. He stole my bathroom tile and refuse to return my money after ducking me for weeks.

I would not recommend Scott Plumbing services.
A month ago I used Scott Plumbing for a one day job to fix the pipe connecting to my meter. Afterwards I hired him to install a bathroom. Needless to say, it did not go well, Scott completed the first phase of the job and afterwards he stop answering my calls and texts. It took over three weeks to get the tile that I purchased back from him, which some of the tile was damaged and missing. At this time I have to bring criminal and legal charges for the unauthorized access on my property, and stolen goods of my tile, as well as the full payment of the second phase because nothing was done and no one showed up to work. I now have to hire someone to do the job completely over again, including the plumbing and framing. This was a horrible experience that I will be reporting to the BBB and the city of Philadelphia against his license.

To make things worse Scott offered to refund me $2,000 of my monies to take this review down. This guy is fraud and a liar.
