After seeing several positive reviews about Scott McLeod plumbing, I decided to give them a call. I had an emergency situation with a clogged main drain with no water draining, no showers draining and no toilets draining in my house whatsoever. When I called them, they were booked as it was near the end of the day, but they said, hang on let me see what I can do and I had someone out to my house within an hour. Teddy came to my house and helped me resolve the situation and explained everything in detail and gave me options and his recommendations. He was upfront and very helpful in explaining what I needed to get done and what I should consider getting done for the long term and short term situation. Not only did he fix the situation. He help me understand the condition of my plumbing in my house, which was very helpful for future knowledge of what I'm dealing with. I would highly recommend this place over others. Another reason I went with them was because they are local to my city of Rancho Cucamonga. This is also helpful because they knew my neighborhood and the common problems that occur. I also like to support the local businesses instead of the commercial businesses.

These guys are pretty awesome. I had a bit of a plumbing emergency when my concrete guy took out my main water line with his backhoe. In a panic, I called a number of companies including this one.

These guys were busy with other calls so it was a few hours before they could come out to take a look at the job. In the meantime, I hired another plumber to fix the problem. I canceled these guys but, through a slight mixup, their guy, Kyle, didn't get the message and he showed up.

The job was almost complete but the plumber I hired was having trouble making a connection. Kyle had a tool that made it easy and provided assistance to the other plumber to make the connection. Who does that?

These guys are awesome and will definitely be my first call next time I'm in need of a plumber. Kyle, you are a rare breed. Thank you for your awesomeness.

I will never use another plumbing company again. I'm so happy I found Scott McLeod Plumbing. The exceptional service started when I sent a message to schedule an appointment. I called after hours and received a call back within 15 minutes. I was able to quickly schedule an appointment to fix two leaky faucets and a running toilet the next day. The great service continued when Kyle showed up. He diagnosed the issues, gave a very reasonable quote and said he was ready to start the work the same day. I ended up having two more items replaced. Kyle was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I'm extremely happy with the service, work completed, and price.
