I wanted to install a whole house filter and water softener in a new house before I moved in. We set a date a month in advance. The garage floor had been epoxied and needed to cure so we knew there wasn't much space in our schedule much less his schedule since I was told he only worked weekends. With Christmas coming up soon I called to confirm the appointment. He said he could help me in January and was now spending time with family. I wan't able to find another plumber in time and did the job myself. This was two years ago and as proud as I am for the job I did, he let me down and created more stress for me during the move into the new home. My friend who referred him was embarrassed and apologized to me. I still am upset by this, thus the late review.

Scott is punctual, knowledgeable and honest. He came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. We needed our main sewer line cleaned out. He came in and left in under an hour and now our plumbing is running smoothly . We would recommend scott for any plumbing needs.

Scott Grider is the best plumber in town!

Our shower faucet leaked water that shot out from the faucet instead of the shower head when turned on. We needed a plumber asap, so I found Scott Grider's number online. He called back in 5 minutes when he just finished his previous job and was heading to the next. First he told me that due to his busy schedule, he would be able to do the job in a few days. However, when he learned that he was just one street away from our house, he was very flexible and decided to fix the faucet for me immediately. He showed up by our door in 1 minute and changed the new tub spout and shower head. Job was done in a matter of 5-10 minutes. No more water leaks from the faucet, and water ran smoothly from the shower head. This was the most efficient plumbing work I have ever experienced!

Scott is very friendly and flexible. He charges reasonable fees, calls back customers asap, and works efficiently and professionally. We finally found the best plumber in town! Should we need a plumber in the future, he will be the one on our mind. I would highly recommend Scott to people who desire a great plumber!
