I am a Realtor, and we had an issue with a home that was closing TODAY! Scott English Plumbing was able to get a team out the same day (in 2 hours!!) - at no extra charge to take care of a problem. It was a good size job (roots growing into outdoor pipes blocking drainage), and they were able to arrange not only the jetter machine that was needed, but also with a separate company, a pump machine that was also needed. They completed the job in about 5 hours. Hats off to Mike Whelan, who was extremely professional, kept us posted along the way, and did a very thorough job. He even emailed me ""before and after"" pictures today after work hours! I didn't catch the other technicians name, but he was great as well. From the origional gal who answered the phone, to the last gal I spoke to and everyone in between - I'd give Scott English Plumbing 10 stars if I could. Great job, thank you to all! Life savers! THANKS MIKE! You guys rock!!!

We had a slow leaking water tank issue. Called Scott English plumbing and they fixed it right away by replacing the old water tank. Omar and Steven handled the job professionally, were extremely knowledgeable and had the job completed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this plumbing company. Not only are they courteous but also they show consideration to their customers. A+ service. I will call them first for future plumbing needs.

I needed help with some small details regarding a toilet I had installed that had a hard-to-find leak. I looked at Google, called in the morning, excellent phone service. I scheduled for a same day afternoon appointment. I got a call a half hour later they had a cancellation and could come within the hour. Great.
Alex turned up, put on his shoe covers, listened to my input, then went to work. I thought he may have to break through the new wall tile I had just installed, but Alex contorted himself to fix the leak without demolition. He was very knowledgeable, respectful, efficient and a great listener. Completed the job, and gone within an hour. Awesome!!
This is a well run company with great people. Kudos to the leadership. I will definitely use this company for any future plumbing needs.

I have used Scott English Plumbing on several occasions. Each time the staff has been friendly and helpful. They are also able to accommodate us with the difficulties of condominium complex schedules. Mikey Falabella has worked on two projects. He was happy to answer questions and give advice on products to use. The work was completed fast and efficiently.
Last week there was another condo complex issue that needed to be addressed. Mikey was not available but Brett and Carlos were able to respond. It was a HOA vs Owner issue they were able to diagnose quickly and contact another resident to offer to repair the same day. Again, speedy and efficient work was provided. Thank you to everyone at Scott English Plumbing for excellent customer service.

The absolute worst experience and a complete nightmare. They came out to fix my heater and they ended up breaking it!! I'm living in a house that's 60 degrees and they don't even care. When they break a customer's heating system you would expect a company to prioritize that customer. Not only that, they put a hole in my wall from the work they did. I called time after time to get an expert to my house. They don't know what they are doing. Go with another company. My experience has been an absolute nightmare!

Our HOA used them for an emergency in our condo unit in the evening; the plumber they sent got the water that was flooding our kitchen to stop so we were happy with that. The problem was in the follow up visits - several of which were needed to fix the problem once and for all. Multiple times they would schedule us for a 4 hour time frame and then AFTER the time frame had ended call or text us with ""sorry we couldn't come; when can you reschedule?"" It was maddening and very unprofessional.

Scott English is a ripoffextortion do not call them. They wanted $400.00+ dollars to change out one bathroom faucet. They wouldn't let me know a ballpark on pricing. when he got there he looked at my sink for a couple minutes then tapped on his iphone for a couple seconds with company preset pricing on it. Its so frustrating having to wait around all day when they can easily tap on a computer and give you a ballpark price

My complex was notified of maintenance scheduled for 11/6/19 between the hours of 10 am to 5 pm. Come 10:30 pm, our water was still shut off. We called the number provided that specifically said ""if you have any questions need assistance call:"" and were given no assistance whatsoever. After asking for an update on the situation this company was unable to name who they handed this job off too. We were told to bring it up to our management .

TLDR; Thirteen hours later, no water, no word on when it will return. We can't use our shower, sink or toilet . This is completely unprofessional.

Diego B was out to our house and fixed two small issues very fast, and was great. Great customer service all around, very satisfied and Diego is a real asset to the company. Will call him back anytime I need a plumber now.
