These guys are great. They came out today to fix a lead that another plumbing company left. Matt diagnosed the issue, called our landlord, explained the issue and even got her to sign off on the repairs right on the spot (not always an easy feat with our landlord). I greatly appreciated their friendly demeanor and outlook. Matt and his interpprentice Ashe were outstanding. They could even make appropriate small talk when appropriate (which is better than standing awkwardly waiting for things to happen). Their rates seem reasonable from what I know of plumbing - I would definitely recommend them! Beyond that, their POS system/tablet that they can use to take pictures, send invoices and more is a plus in and of itself. I could see the invoice, pictures and all in an email that was sent to the landlord. Thanks Team!

I called my condo management association on a Monday morning regarding a backed up kitchen sink, they called Scott English on my behalf. An hour later I received a call from Scott English Plumbing's secretary. I live in a condo so she wanted me to contact the units above mine to check if their sinks were also backed up or not. I let her know that I had to go to work, but I could try in the evening. Considering the association contacted them, I'm surprised they didn't ask the association to contact the neighboring units. When leaving, I noticed a Scott English truck parked in our condo parking. They also could have left a notice on the neighboring doors. That evening no one was home so I left letters on everyone's door asking them to call me or Scott English regarding this issue.

The next day I called Scott English's secretary for an update, and she told me she was still waiting for responses from the other units. By now, had the clog been in the main pipe, my kitchen would have been flooded. I asked her if she could contact the association to have the association contact the neighboring units, to which she replied that no one at the association answered the phone. I called the association, they picked up on the second ring. I told them what Scott English had told me and the association clerk declared that she hadn't left her desk all morning.

Fast forward to Thursday, Scott English was finally ready to make an appointment, but they were fully booked, so it would have to be Friday from 12 noon to 4pm. I had to take a day off work to be there for them. At 4pm I called for an update and was told they had a plumbing emergency but would be here in an hour. An hour passes and she calls me to tell me that they are still dealing with their other priority and won't be able to come today. I reminded her that I had been waiting for a whole week and had missed a day of work, so she said she could have someone come by later that evening between 8pm and midnight.

At 11pm, they arrived in wet boots, quickly unclogged the sink, and then charged me almost $300. I was shocked by how expensive the bill was. Looking back, they probably charged me extra because it was after hours. It was after hours because they never showed up to their original appointment but they still charged me extra.

I'm sure that this company is the worst plumbing company in Orange County, if not all of Southern California. They are unprofessional, unorganized, lazy, and overpriced. Don't waste your time or money on these hacks.

Our townhome was experiencing a water leak from a pipe in the wall, leading to water on the ground outside the front door. After speaking with our HOA and informing them of the problem, they called Scott English Plumbing. That same day, within a few hours, Jimi came by to take a look at the issue, which was amazing. Even more amazing was Jimi's statement, after a while opening the walls to find the leak, that he would deal with this immediately.. and he did! Great service, professional and courteous. I can't speak to the service costs as the HOA is covering the bill, but the service was excellent!

Our office toilet backed up. Brett F. from Scott English Plumbing came out earlier than promised and got the job done quickly. He tried using the path the would cost the least first, but unfortunately due to poor design he had to remove the toilet. He was quick, clean and very friendly. I would highly recommend Scott English Plumbing and Brett F.

Brett Forguson saved me $8,990!!
His thorough inspection of my water heater lead him to correctly diagnose a separate issue with my electric/hydraulic furnace, which another vendor inspected the day prior and said it was broke and gave me a bid to replace it for $8,990. Brett fixed my water heater and saved my furnace and thousands of dollars. Thank you Brett for really knowing your trade. I recommend Brett to anyone who wants quality service by a true professional. Next time I need a plumber, I'm asking for Brett.
