Scott Dykehouse installed two sinks in my house more than 5 years ago and did an excellent job with fair pricing. This year I called him to install a dishwasher for me and he gave me an estimate over the phone which was slightly less than the store would have charged. What a mistake! By the time he and his son left, he charged me almost double his estimate. The new dishwasher was replaced with one installed only two years ago when the installation took less than an hour by one technician.

He will not help owners who have rentals. He has """"too"""" many customers. Those were his exact words to me. My husband is career Military for 15 years and because we're currently deployed he wouldn't provide his service to look at my water heater. I explained I wouldn't be any trouble as this is my personal unit - he rushed me off the phone and said he was too busy. People like this shouldn't be in business. How disgraceful.
