Jaime came out to work on a recessed washer/dryer fixture. Was able to figure everything out just by taking a look. He was quick and extremely professional as he talked me through everything he did. He also explained why this happens and came up with a solution for a more long term fix (has to do with the water quality in the area). Thanks Scott and Jaime for responding and coming out quickly.

I'm sure this business does quality work. They responded quickly to my request and evaluated my problem accurately. But the nature of the repair was simple enough that I could do it myself. The costs of professional services are not cheap. They have overhead. Best to them.

Legitimately impressed. Our bathroom shower wouldn't shut off and after you tubing it realized it was above my pay grade. Had another company come out and they said they could come back tomorrow. Well as having the whole house water off that wasn't an option. Called Scott and he has someone out in an hour and shower is good as new. Oh and it was $150 less than the other guys.

I called Scott Cole Plumbing because I had a leak at the base of my toilet. Jose Martinez came to my home, he arrived within the timeframe he said he would. He removed the toilet and saw that the wax ring was worn and the flange was bad. Jose got the materials he needed and did his thing. He was professional and courteous throughout the visit. We had an excellent experience with Scott Cole Plumbing. I called at 11 am and a team was at our house by lunchtime. Ruben and David worked extremely hard in the summer heat, installing a new water heater. They were punctual, polite, and professional. They kept their work area clean and tidied everything up before they left. If something is going to go wrong, it's going to be my house that gives a professional challenges, and this job was no exception. The team just forged ahead and fixed each issue as it came up.
