I called Scott Cole Plumbing to replace a toilet in my home. Scott was polite, and gave me a fair estimate. He explained all about what was involved in replacing the toilet. We made an appointment and Phil, a plumbing technician, showed up on time. How great after dealing with plumbers who cancel at the last minute or don't show up at all. Phil was friendly and well-spoken. The job was completed efficiently and Phil cleaned up the toilet area before he left. This was a great experience and I will definitely call Scott Cole Plumbing again!

Recently, we discovered that we had a slab leak. Since slab leaks are usually a recurring problem, we knew that we wanted to repipe our whole house to avoid future slab leaks. We contacted Scott to get a quote and he was extremely knowledgable and professional. His pricing was great, and he did not use any ""pressure tactics"" to push us into making a decision. Whenever we called him with any follow-up questions, he always personally answered the phone. If we texted him, Scott responded immediately. Scott was also very transparent with us, making sure we had access to all the information showing that he is licensed, bonded, and insured.

We scheduled the repipe for Monday, January 15. The Saturday before the repipe started, plumber Jose came over to drop off our Halo 5 Whole House Filtration System. Since we were already going to repipe the whole house, we decided to add a few things, like the Halo 5, a recirculation line, and a new water heater, so this was going to be a rather big project. Jose patiently went over everything with us and detailed what we should expect on Monday.

On Monday, the repiping crew arrived promptly just before 8am. They immediately got to work, covering everything with plastic to minimize the mess from cutting into the drywall. The crew worked quickly and efficiently, and they were done by 1:30-2:00! They really did a great job!

Jose came back out on Thursday to finish the job by installing the Halo 5. He went over the settings and how the system works. Jose also made sure that all faucets were running well and that we had good water pressure throughout the house. We really appreciate Jose and how knowledgable, patient, and thorough he is.

We are very happy that we chose Scott Cole Plumbing to repipe our house. They did an excellent job and we definitely recommend them!

Honestly, I rarely write reviews, but Scott and his team earned this one! 5 star from the start to finish. I had an unexpected slab leak two days before New Year. Had two plumbers came in with two different solutions; I decided to give Scott a call just to get a 3RD opinion. I even told him straight up most likely I would go for one of the plumbers came in earlier. He did not mind at all and still took his time to explain everything I needed to know about the slab leaks, the pros and cons of each solution those two plumbers offered. Scott sent his team, Jose and David to perform leak detection free of charge, and the problem was a lot more serious than I expected. (BTW, Forgot to mention that the first plumber came in did not even bring any equipment for leak detection).

Jose explained every possible option after the testing, professional and honest. We finally decided to go with the re-piping the entire house just to solve the problems once for all., and his price is unbeatable! Best experience ever, the entire crew is AMAZING! Showed up at 8am in the morning as scheduled, they were prompt, professional, organized, and fun! My entire house is done by 2pm!!!! (Not a small house either) Everything has been cleaned up; crew lead did a final walk through with me at the end as well. Dry wall was done the next day.

Thank you Scott, Jose and rest of your team! This is a very unfortunate situation that I had to deal with this massive mess during the holiday season, but I am so fortunate to find you guys to make my life much less stressful through the entire process. As I said, unless we move out of California, we found our plumber for life. Right! Because Scott offers lifetime warranty on his works!

Had a gardening pvc cap leak and called Scott Cole Plumbing - Anthony and Ruben showed up quick and were very professional. Turns out they didn't need to do much except help me turn off the main valve and offer some guidance on my fix - they didn't charge me for the 10 minutes of their time, which I really appreciate. Would recommend.

Scott Cole Plumbing was outstanding and professional. I had multiple issues regarding my toilet. Kohler kept giving me bad information and horrible troubleshooting ideas. Ultimately, I ended up purchasing a new one and having it installed. The service and professionalism by Scott and Steve were outstanding. They were quick to respond and gave me a quick appointment. All toilet issues have now been resolved and we are happy customers.

Got a $600+ gas bill Yikes!. Thought I had a gas leak. called Scott Cole Plumbing. He sent a man out. turns out it was another slab leak ugh!. that was draining my hot water heater, causing the burner to run continuously. Also had another slab leak on the cold side. He gave me the option of fixing them with no guarantee that another might occur later in another spot (common in my area; neighbors have had 4+) or a total house repipe with a lifetime warranty. I chose the repipe. Two days later, a crew of about 9 showed up, covered everything, cut a lot of holes in my walls, ran new pex piping and they were done in a day. Next day, the drywall people came and patched it all up. Beautiful job all around. Can't even see where the holes were. Couldn't be happier. Got my hot water back. Got my pressure back. And my gas and water bills will return to normal. Plus, all new shutoff valves under the sinks and toilets and new hose bibs front and back. Also put new mixer valves on the showers and tubs. Used to be that I dreaded calling a plumber. But after calling Scott Cole, I feel like I have a good resource for any of my plumbing needs. I trust Scott Cole Plumbing to provide very professional service and competitive pricing. Highly recommended!
