So this morning first thing his worker Jime fixed our problem I'm a senior living with my daughter and her 2 daughters so we are very strapped for money, so I asked if anyone could work with us with payments, and then we were blessed with Scotts generous offer, we were so blessed, there are honest caring individuals out there, God bless you Scott Cole Plumbing.

Definitely recommend for any plumbing work. Responsive, prices were less than other quotes. Was able to describe the problem and get a quote over the phone of the work needed to be done for my specific issue. May not be for all issues but a common problem was quickly handled. Knowledgable and explained all that needed to be done during my phone conversation. Others needed to come and look and quoted much higher. Thank you for the work.

I called Scott for minor valve replacement for my washer/dryer hook up. Instead of trying sale me on his service he took the time to talk me through the process of replacing the valve to save me the money. The valve continued to leak so one of employees come out and help me. While the his employee was at my house the sprinkler Irrigation system began to leak from the high water pressure. His employees were quick to respond and resolved the issues. Scott and his crew were great to work with.

Scott and his team were a pleasure to work with. I reached out to Scott on a Saturday afternoon about a water heater leakage and he diagnosed and recommended a replacement with careful explanation. He was also upfront with costs and very responsive to my 2-3 follow up calls and texts. Since I was asking him how to avoid this issue in the future, he gave a couple great recommendations and after doing some research, we decided to move forward with one of his suggestions.
