We recently bought a home and when we moved in everything seemed to work fine. Called Scott Baird first for plumbing issue, no problems. Called them again to fix our ac unit, spent a few hundred dollars but we were still having issues with it, so I called them again. Finally found the problem and ended up replacing a fan of some sort in our furnace. Winter rolls around and all of a sudden our furnace isn't working, so naturally we call Scott Baird again. They come out and replace a board which ends up being almost $400. A couple of days later the heat stops working again! They come out and now its a 'Bad Limit'. Seems to me like it should have been caught the first time they were there to fix it. After replacing the limit we were told not to worry about the bill. January rolls around and now they are trying to bill us over a hundred dollars for the work that was done after telling us we wouldn't be charged for it. I will be sure to take my business elsewhere from now on.

I have called them several times over the last 10 years to fix the hot water heater twice and the ac unit twice as well. But this week I had to have my ac & furnace replaced. The guys got here by 8:30am and were done by 2:30. In fact the owner even came by the house as well to make sure everything was going fine. After how the guys answered my questions and took the time to explain things and how to do preventive maintenance on my new units. I'm definitely a customer for life!

Always on the ball. Couldn't ask for better! Call Scott Baird before calling any place else! Had to call them on a Saturday when a/c went kaput. Service guy was here within the hour. Excellent service and fair pricing.
