Had issue with Toilet leaking from ceiling to downstairs. We moved to the area 14 months ago. We texted our neighbors for recommendation. They gave us 'Just in Time Plumbing' and 'South County Plumbing'. Just in Time never called back. South County Plumbing quoted $150 to come out and $275 - $300 in addition to snake it etc. All in I was looking at $400-$500. Read Yelp reviews on the companies they recommended vs. Scott Andrew's. I liked what I read so I called Scott. He called back in the hour and scheduled an appointment. He didn't have anything available for 2 days but he quoted me $125 for the work and my best guess was someone I believed would do the work fairly from our conversation and time he spent on the phone. I opted to wait. He called me the day of early. He also showed up an hour earlier and communicated his ETA that day. He showed up, did great work, spent a lot of time finding what was clogging my toilet and turns out my sinks also. If you need someone to come out, communicate well, work hard, update you on the issue, explain the issue, tell you what it will cost, be fair and honest and resolve as best he can, call him. He did exactly that with me. If the issue is more involved he'll direct you what should be done. He didn't have a camera to go way deep(those are expensive systems and I'm sure the bills tend to adjust for that outlay), but for the $$ he did everything I needed and I will always call him and clearly would recommend him to my nighbors. Contacted Scott, the owner of the company on Monday and was scbeduled for Friday. Scott responded to my voicemail within an hour and was very communicative.
He quoted me via text one price and after repairing my Shower Faucet, his invoice stated $15 less.
I can say the following about Scott and company:
He is an honest person, reliable, friendly and professional.
His prices are very reasonable.

Scott was great - easy to set up an appointment a few days in advance. He showed up on time Saturday morning and gave me some great feedback on a few minor repairs around my place.

I highly recommend Scott! He was professional and friendly. He fixed a leaky sink, cleared a slow draining shower drain, and reset a toilet that the repipe contractor installed incorrectly. All in less than two hours and at a very reasonable price. He even provided suggestions to avoid drain issues in the future. I spent a LOT OF TIME RESEARCHING PLUMBERS! I needed a new water pressure regulator and a new on off valve for the exterior of my home.Spent two whole days interviewing each company and finally settled on SCOTT ANDREWS. I read Thru all his reviews which were all 5 stars. When I called him on the phone and explained what needed to be done he was able to give me a price sight unseen and did not even need to come out to look. Not only was he so congenial and helpful on that first phone call but offered other services besides his to help me out on other projects in my home. When I called him back and told him that I needed him as soon as possible, he squeezed me in between other customers and gave me a 30 minute heads up that he was on his way which I really appreciated. Not only was he on time and knew exactly what to do but was so nice and professional in every way possible. His pricing is completely fair and other prices I got were so far out of the ballpark and expensive, that there is no way that they were even affordable for the job that needed to be done. I highly highly recommend Scott and cannot say enough positive things about him. I have more work that needs to be done and will absolutely be using him again and again. Do not hesitate to call upon him for anything you need, he is highly skilled and extremely knowledgeable.
