The five stars don't lie. We needed to replace a toilet and used Scott's services. He arrived on time and was very friendly and knowledgable. Got the job done in a reasonable amount of time and for a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend him!

Scott showed up on time. Prior to his arrival he gave a call and confirmed the appointment. All these don't take too much efforts but most of the vendors never bother themselves with them. The work was performed in professional manner. Scott didn't try to raise the price and fix more things than it was necessary. Bottom line, Scott performed high quality work, was polite and not pushy and proficient in his trade. I'd definitely use him again or recommend him to my friends.

As others mentioned in their reviews of him, Scott is prompt in showing up (along with providing a courtesy call), and works efficiently. Scott is very professional and respectful to his customers which is why he will be our ""go-to guy"" for future plumbing needs. I found that he is a straightforward, honest service guy and humbly personable, at the same time. Additionally, his pricing if good, keeps his work clean, and is knowledgeable at what he does. I had a leak in my garage. Based on reviews here, I called Scott. He was at my house within four hours, found the leak and repaired it. He cleaned up all the debris too. He is very knowledgeable about the condo rules and insurance. I was duly impressed and highly recommend him.

Scott is awesome! Super reliable, great work, and cleans up after himself. I totally recommend him if you're looking for an honest plumber that does super clean work. He is reasonably priced and will tell you if you if something is needed or not. Its nice to finally have a plumber that isn't trying to just sell you something and is honest. He even left the extra parts for me instead of taking them and using them on another job.

I have never written a review for anything. Scott was on time, professional and knowledgable. My wife and I have had other plumbers try to drive up sales with unnecessary work but Scott only suggested what was necessary and his prices were fair. If there was a sixth star I would give home that too. So happy there is a Yelp!

Master bathroom shower valve froze up on us. I have used the ""smell good"" guys in the past but felt they were too expensive. Looked on Yelp and found Scott Andrews had good reviews. He called me back within a day and scheduled the service visit. He showed up on time and made a courtesy call prior to let me know he would be on time. He was polite and friendly. He got right to work and fixed the problem in 30 minutes. Good work at a fair price. I would recommend him to all my friends.
