After having our water pressure decrease over a few weeks, we called the local water dept (IRWD) only to find the issue was somewhere on our end. We thought we isolated it to the water pressure regulator and after watching a few DIY videos on YouTube, we realized we needed professional help.

I'll be honest, when I see 100% 5 star reviews, I get nervous that the person is giving discounts for reviews or is getting fake reviews added. However, in this situation, I used the Request a Quote option on Yelp and heard back from Scott in about five minutes. He asked some clarifying questions and confirmed it did sound like the regulator.

He set an appointment for a couple days later and even offered to come sooner if he finished his previous job early the day before. When he arrived for the appointment, he was quick, efficient, and proved how knowledgable he was by answering all our questions. We will definitely hire Scott for any plumbing needs in the future. 10/10 would recommend!

If you want a good plumber, call Scott. Scott is prompt, responsive and trustworthy. The first experience I had with his service was over a month ago. My elderly mother had a leaky faucet. Her garbage disposal was also badly in need to be replaced. Scott came over as promised and even went to Lowes to pick out a different garbage disposal for her because the one she ordered was not a good brand.

Scott also came to our house to replace two garbage disposals and two faucets two separate times over the last month. He confirmed his appointment via text and was very prompt. He did a good job. I would definitely call him again for any plumbing needs.

Made some great recommendations and since I had a faucet and garbage disposal replaced at the same time, he gave me a great deal. Better than all others I had quoted.

Great service from Scott and the price is right. Scott also takes the time to educate you on how to avoid certain issues! Isn't that great? That is potentially less work for him but man, because of his integrity and ethics, i am just pleased to call him back anytime i need something fixed or recommend him.

Scott is one of the most reliable contractors I've ever met! He showed up when he said he would, texted me letting me know he was on his way and most of all was honest & his prices are very fair. Work was done in a timely manner at a more than fair price.......he also didn't mind me asking him some questions while he worked and gave me some wonderful tips for other things around the house down the line. Had issue with Toilet leaking from ceiling to downstairs. We moved to the area 14 months ago. We texted our neighbors for recommendation. They gave us 'Just in Time Plumbing' and 'South County Plumbing'. Just in Time never called back. South County Plumbing quoted $150 to come out and $275 - $300 in addition to snake it etc. All in I was looking at $400-$500. Read Yelp reviews on the companies they recommended vs. Scott Andrew's. I liked what I read so I called Scott. He called back in the hour and scheduled an appointment. He didn't have anything available for 2 days but he quoted me $125 for the work and my best guess was someone I believed would do the work fairly from our conversation and time he spent on the phone. I opted to wait. He called me the day of early. He also showed up an hour earlier and communicated his ETA that day. He showed up, did great work, spent a lot of time finding what was clogging my toilet and turns out my sinks also. If you need someone to come out, communicate well, work hard, update you on the issue, explain the issue, tell you what it will cost, be fair and honest and resolve as best he can, call him. He did exactly that with me. If the issue is more involved he'll direct you what should be done. He didn't have a camera to go way deep(those are expensive systems and I'm sure the bills tend to adjust for that outlay), but for the $$ he did everything I needed and I will always call him and clearly would recommend him to my nighbors.
